Our 2 villas are located in a quiet, vacation resort on beautiful Lake Louisa in Florida's citrus country. Situated just four miles south of Clermont on US 27 for rapid access to all major attractions. Best Value Villas are the Disney area's affordable vacation property!!! Check us out on the web!
Thank you for your inquiry into our condominiums in Florida. The TWO units we own are semi-detached, ranch-type homes located in a vacation resort community near Orlando.
Our "villas," as they are called in the community, have two bedrooms, one with a double-size, the other with a queen-sized bed. In addition, the living rooms (20-foot by 12-foot) have a queen-sized sleep sofa, so six adults can sleep comfortably in the unit. All necessary linens (sheets, towels, blankets), plus an iron and ironing board are in the unit.
Each unit also boasts a "brand new" kitchen, equipped with a new electric range, frost-free refrigerator, microwave oven, all necessary dinner and cookware, a coffeemaker, toaster, etc - neatly separated from the breakfast or lunch "nook."
For the times when you are in the villa, there is cable TV, assorted books (short stories and full length novels - from mystery to biography to romance). The living room has a sliding glass door which opens to a concrete patio with a barbecue, should you decide to do some cooking outside. And, of course, they have central air conditioning/heating and are very cozy.
The overall size of the villas is that of a large, two-bedroom apartment.
What can you do there? Only a few miles away you will find DISNEY WORLD, home of the MAGIC KINGDOM and EPCOT, plus the fabulous MGM STUDIOS with the HARD ROCK CAFE is a short, 20-minute drive. At about the same drive time, you will find GATORLAND, SEA WORLD, and SILVER SPRINGS, each with magnificent aquatic spectacles. You can take a day trip to the KENNEDY SPACE CENTER - 50 miles to the east, or to TAMPA, BUSCH GARDENS, SAINT PETERSBURG, and the GULF OF MEXICO - 50 miles to the west.
If you decide to stay in the villa area, you can walk along, boat, or fish on Lake Louisa; enjoy the Olympic-sized swimming pool, play tennis, shuffleboard, basketball - or just relax in the quiet Florida sunshine and enjoy one of the fresh oranges from one of the stands along Route 27.
