Our semi-waterfront home is located in West Vancouver, B.C. in the neighborhood of Dundarave. Located beside a park and steps to the beach, it is 5 blocks from restaurants, shops and other amenities. We are 1.5 hours from Whistler and a quick 15 minute drive to Cypress Mountain where the snowboarding and freestyle competitions will be held.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 powder rooms and a 1 bedroom suite on the ground floor. The upstairs may be rented with or without the suite. The home has a gourmet kitchen with 3 full ovens, a microwave, Sub-Zero fridge and granite counter tops.
Our home is situated on nearly 1/2 acre and is completely private. There is convenient public transit on our street and are just 25 minutes from downtown Vancouver.
