Also on this level are two bedroom suites, both with Queen beds, and 2 large bathrooms.
Walking upstairs, you will enter the living area which boasts magnificent white sand and white water views. The large west facing windows draw in the beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and provide spectacular sunsets all summer long. The open living room also boasts a beautiful stone inlaid fireplace with a 60” plasma TV mounted over the mantle. Adjacent to the living room is the fully stocked large gourmet kitchen, dining room with seating for six, and bar seating for 5.
To provide maximum privacy, the master bedroom is located down from living room. This fantastic bedroom includes a huge king bed, a stone inlaid fireplace, and a 50" plasma TV. Within your master suite is the spacious and luxurious bathroom, which includes dual sinks, a large bathtub and rain shower, your own personal sauna, and a spacious walk-in closet.
Going one more level up from the living area is the 4th-bedroom, which includes a king bed, a queen size sofa sleeper and more ocean views. From this 4th bedroom you can walk out on to the rooftop patio, where you will enjoy more wonderful ocean views and peaceful afternoon ocean breezes.
The location of this property is perfect as it is less than 3 minute walk to a life guarded swimming and surfing beach. The Village at Carlsbad is only one mile from the property, which offers terrific dining and nightlife. Many local attractions are within a short drive from this property; Legoland is approximately 10 minutes away. The Del Mar Race Track is only about 20 minutes. The Wild Animal Park, Seaworld, The San Diego Zoo, Petco Park (Padres Baseball) and Qualcom Stadium (Chargers football) are all within a short 30-minute drive.
This property is also convenient for traveling to your favorite hot spots in Orange County, Laguna and Newport Beach, and Disneyland are all with a 30-60 minute drive. This is an awesome vacation destination, which you do not want to miss!
