Hawk Haven Retreat is nestled on 6.6 lightly wooded acres in the heart of Bridgehampton. The property backs onto some 100 acres of county reserve land for the ultimate in privacy. Enjoy a few laps in the 50 foot (heated) pool then sooth your soul in the hot tub while watching the red tail hawks circle above.
Bridgehampton Hamlet and the Commons are a few minutes drive and one may pick up food supplies, sundries or a new bathing suit if you choose.
Sag Harbor Village is a great town to wander about for the afternoon, catch a movie, a play or musical act, then a great dinner perhaps overlooking the bay. Or enjoy a sunset sail aboard our luxury catamaran serenity (bookings may be made with Captain Kal - call me for more information).
The ocean beaches are just 10 minutes south by car and lifeguard beaches have showers and bathrooms.
And if you are too tired from your day, stay home fire up the BBQ, watch that show you recorded on DVR earlier and then go stargazing from the hot tub. Ahhh! Relaxation.

Why the Owner Chose Bridgehampton
The property is surrounded by county land. It is the home for hawks and other wildlife. There are several hiking trails behind the house and one can get to the beach in a few minutes. I love being in the middle of the Hamptons yet feeling like you are in your own private world.
The Unique Benefits of this House
I enjoy sailing in Sag Harbor, going to all the great beaches, the Arts and Music abounding here all year round. I love to come home and sit in the hot tub and just watch the hawks circling above.
