AUGUST SPECIAL IS $425.00. A Luxurious waterfront home on Hawaii Kai Marina located on Oahu's famous south shore. The largest marina in the state of Hawaii. A beautiful seven miles of marina. There are multiple waterways to the ocean. Bright, breezy, cool and air conditioned home. Please inquire for last minute specials! Newly remodeled in 2005. This picturesque 4 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms has a private yard with tropical landscaping, and a waterfront infinity edge pool and hot tub. Professionally interior decorated. Vaulted ceilings and large windows throughout. Modernly furnished with tasteful Hawaiian, modern, and antique decor. Living room has a beautiful waterfront view of infinity edge pool overlooking marina. Panoramic views of Hawaiian sunsets. Two waterfront master bedrooms. One is located poolside with a tiled wet bar with frig. The second floor master bedroom is spacious with sitting area, with a large covered and open lanai. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and separate jacuzzi tub.
The entire home is one level except the gorgeous upstairs waterfront master suite. The other bedrooms have their own sliding glass doors, but accessible from main house. Beautiful cherry wood and ceramic tiled floors. Decorative copper palm locking gates, quarry tile walk way leading to Koi pond with waterfall to home entrance. Six foot stone wall surrounding property. Manicured landscape with a lot of palm trees and tropical shrubs for privacy. Business center with fax, computer and printer.
The entire home is over 3,000 square feet. The deck upstairs has over 800 square feet with 200 square feet is covered. The pool deck has over 1,500 square feet with over 800 square feet is covered where the wet bar and elephant bamboo outdoor living is located. Care taker readily available.
Perfect for families, groups or entertaining. Spectacular view of Koko Head Crater. Marina has access to the ocean, waterfront shops, movies, entertainment, scuba diving and fine dining to beer and burger restaurants.
There is pool floats, beach chairs, towels, 2 long boards, a kayak, a one man outrigger canoe, and even a 20 foot speedboat, and a waverunner available on our jet dock located directly on the property!!! The kayak and all other water sports equipment are included with the home rental. I will give you a complimentary tour of the marina and ocean which will include how to operate the boat and/or wave runner. Then if you wish to use the speed boat for additional time it will cost $50.00 plus gas/ oil an hour. The wave runner is the same fee as the speed boat with a complimentary 30 minutes free too. If you would like to use either all day it will cost is just 4 hours plus gas/ oil!!!
Conveniently located near Honolulu Airport, Haunama Bay, Sea Life Park, Hawaiian Waters Adventures water park, Polynesian Cultural Center, Pearl Harbor, museums, historical sites and Diamond Head Crater.
