It is so very convenient to all the good restaurants the area has to offer! shopping on Grande Avenue, Destin Commons, The Market or Silver Sands Outlet Mall! AND miniature golf, go karts, bumper cars, the Big Kahuna, a very fun filled water park; or you may want to visit the Aquarium and see the dolphin show, go shelling in the bay, float lazily on a pontoon, windsurf, scuba dive also Destin offers world class fishing.
Our condo sits right on the gulf with absolutely the most wonderful view, whether you are watching the sunrise, the sunset or just gazing at the magnificent waters of the gulf and the crystal white sand which Destin is so famous for. Our beach is private for residents and their guests only. Walk to Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, Kenny's Oyster House or The Whales Tail for cool drinks, snacks, lunch or dinner.
Bring your clothes, settle in, throw on your swimsuit and walk straight out to the beach! What could be better?

What a wonderful vacation we had. The unit was great!! Very well equipped with everything we needed. There were plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. This is a wonderful place to bring your family. The beach is private and clean. Our boys had a great time crabbing at night! We is for sure be renting this property next year.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
