BEAUTIFUL OCEANFRONT 2-BEDROOMS, 2-BATH TOWNHOUSE/VILLA
Wonderfully bright, light and comfortable. This Costa del Sol townhome was completely renovated, including all furnishings. Two blocks to the intercoastal waterway with great marine wildlife including dolphins, manatees and great fishing. Pool area is only a few feet away from your patio and a private access stairway to leads to the beach. The downstairs floors are tiled with great room overlooking the pool and ocean. The furniture is leather with a dining room table for four and bar with wine rack. Kitchen is full equipped and completely renovated with all new appliances and cabinets. The upstairs master bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV and balcony overlooking the ocean and pool. The guest bedroom also has a Queen size bed and TV. The upstairs bath was fully remodeled as well.
AMENITIES
This two bedroom townhome accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 queen size beds and a single sofa bed in the living room area. Our kitchen is new and completely equipped with microwave, coffee pot, toaster, full size range/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, built-in wine rack, dinnerware, silverware, glasses, pots and pans. All bed linens, towels and beach towels are provided. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board, cable TV, VHS/DVD stereo with surround sound system and High Speed Internet service and Unlimited long distance phone service. Washer and dryer are located in the single car attached garage.

Flagler Beach is located on the upper east coast of Florida between world famous Daytona Beach and historic St. Augustine. There are 19-miles of unspoiled coastline. Flagler's climate ranges from a mild winter average of 64º F to a summer average of 84º F. These ideal temperatures allow you to enjoy your favorite outdoor activities year round through a wealth of recreational possibilities. Convenient for day trips to all of Central Florida's theme parks and major attractions are within a short drive. Distances from Flagler Beach are:

Why the Owner Chose Flagler Beach
Back in 2000 I spent a lot of time searching for the right oceanfront property in Florida. I covered most of the Gulf coast as well as most of the Atlantic coast up to Miami. What I learned was that most of the coast areas were developed into tourist destinations with high-rises everywhere you turned. What attracted me to Flagler Beach was the absence of this type of development. Flagler Beach is truly one of the last "OLD" Florida locations yet it is close enough to St. Augustine, Daytona Beach and Orlando to offer me all the attractions I want when I want them. Great for family vacations and romantic getaways, it the best of all things.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
Costa del Sol is a relatively small community of 48 units where over 30% of the residents live year round. The residents are very friendly and helpful but not bothersome or intrusive. You can enjoy as much of the community as you want or have as much privacy as you desire. The swimming pool is just outside your patio door and the beach is across the street. If you like fishing there is surf fishing as well as shore fishing on the intercoastal waterway. All of this is within a two block or less distance. Of course walking, hiking, bike riding and nature trails are also included in this distance. The sunrise over the ocean in the morning and the sunset over the intercoastal waterway is something to enjoy during your visit. As I said previously, I prefer these types of things and the relaxed friendly nature of Flagler Beach to the typical high-rise tourist filled Florida locations elsewhere.

I purchased my unit at Costa del Sol in 2000 and liked it and the location so much that I purchased second unit two blocks away in 2001. Our other unit is on the intercoastal waterway and is where my wife Joy and I stay when we are in Florida. Our other home is located in Atlanta, Georgia but we find ourselves in Flagler most of the time. I am retired from IBM but continue to stay involved in things that interest me.
