This wonderful Townhouse in a quiet residential community centrally located near the Beach, Restaurants and Shopping. Community has a HUGE Swimming Pool and Tennis. This property offers washer, dryer, vacuum, dish washer, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, 2 TVS, 1 VCR and 1 DVDs, coffee pot, toaster and charcoal grill. It backs to a large common area.

This house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. However, the owner occasionally have pets when they occupy the property.
Huge swimming pool, tennis court and nature/fitness trail. There is no extra cost for using the pool and tennis however there will be a deposit when checking the pool pass out and the deposit will be refunded when return the pool pass. Thanks.
