This beautiful duplex home is just steps from the sand in one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Southern California.Located at 125 41ST street just blocks from the Newport Pier, where dining and fishing are at its finest. The lower unit has a large patio with a brand new beautiful barbecue island with huge palapa. Great for entertaining or just lounging in the sun. The Duplex is on 41 street just a few houses from the ocean and bay. Please no smoking inside our units. Both units have just been remodeled.
The lower unit has a large front room with fireplace, full kitchen, and new furnishings to make it a great place to relax after a fun day at the beach. Master Bedroom has One Queen bed and guest room has bunkbed with full and twin beds. Front room has large sleeper sofa. There is a two-car garage with laundry facilities shared with upper unit.
The upper unit has a private deck with barbecue. Inside is a newly remodeled kitchen, front room has a sleeper sofa, and hardwood floors. The large Master bedroom has a king-size bed and guest room has bunkbeds with twin and full beds. Please come and enjoy our Aloha atmosphere here at our properties in Newport Beach.
Located in the heart of the Newport Beach Peninsula, with many activities such as surfing, boogie boarding, sailing, power boat rentals, Catalina Island cruises, Whale watching tours, parasailing, fun zone rides and arcade, and the World Famous "Wedge" where some of the biggest body surfing waves in the world can be found. 20 minutes from John Wayne airport.
Other attractions within a short drive are Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland and California Adventure Park, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, Spruce Goose, and many more.

Our proprety is the perfect place to relax and hang out at this beautiful white sand beach. It is located close to many of the countries most popular and exciting tourists spots. From trips to Disneyland, Knottsberry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego, to Seaworld, and just over one hour from Mexico, this property makes the perfect vacation spot. The Newport Bay offers sight seeing tours, fishing trips and Catalina Island excursions. There are so many things to do here, we know you will enjoy your stay and come back for years to come!

My wife and I love Orange County and we have both grown up and lived here our whole lives. We are now living and raising our own family here at the beach in the OC. This is a great place for our kids to grow up and to swim and respect the ocean.
