This beautiful duplex home is just steps from the sand in one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Southern California.Located at 125 41ST street just blocks from the Newport Pier, where dining and fishing are at its finest. The lower unit has a large patio with a brand new beautiful barbecue island with huge palapa. Great for entertaining or just lounging in the sun. The Duplex is on 41ST street just a few houses from the ocean and bay. Please no smoking inside our units. Both units have just been remodeled and have new appliances.
Each unit sleeps 7 max.
The lower unit has a large front room with fireplace, full kitchen, and new furnishings to make it a great place to relax after a fun day at the beach.Flip the oak table over and it converts to a poker table for the guys night at home while the girls shop. The Tiki Bar Patio is for the lower unit only. Master Bedroom has One Cal King bed and guest room has bunkbed with full and twin beds. Front room has large queen sleeper sofa. There is a two-car garage with laundry facilities shared with upper unit.Free WIFI
The upper unit has a private deck with barbecue. Inside is a newly remodeled kitchen, front room has a queen sleeper sofa, and hardwood floors. Located in the heart of the Newport Beach Peninsula, with many activities such as surfing, boogie boarding, sailing, power boat rentals, Catalina Island cruises, Whale watching tours, parasailing, fun zone rides and arcade, and the World Famous "Wedge" where some of the biggest body surfing waves in the world can be found. 20 minutes from John Wayne airport.

From trips to Disneyland, Knottsberry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego, to Seaworld, and just over one hour from Mexico, this property makes the perfect vacation spot. The Newport Bay offers sight seeing tours, fishing trips and Catalina Island excursions. There are so many things to do here, we know you will enjoy your stay and come back for years to come!

My wife and I love Orange County and we have both grown up and lived here our whole lives. We are now living and raising our own family here at the beach in the OC. This is a great place for our kids to grow up and to swim and respect the ocean.

I rented the upper and lower units. The upper units furnishings and kitchen are a bit more updated but both were nice. Everything was clean and in place when we arrived. There were some nice extras like boogie boards and sand toys with the home. Over all the homes were very nice places to stay. The cupboards were filled with kitchen items but a few key things were missing like medium sized mixing bowls, measuring cups, mixing spoons and a can opener! Lots of drink cups for just about every drink imaginable. The dryer and DVD player did not work but having cable made up for that. Was very convenient to the beach. Was nice to not have to cross any major roads with our kids to get to the beach. We had a few problems with our stay but the landlord was willing to work everything out to our satisfaction.
Owner response: Dryer and CD player were repaired within 24 hours . Our kitchens are fully stocked with everything you need to cook gourmet meals with all the pots, pans, bowls,blenders and can openers you need.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
