My wife and I stayed 10 days in this condo. I can only say positive things about the place and Alex's customer focus. The apartment was clean and located in a nice area. The hotel facilities are good with a big pool and a few steps away from the beach. The valet parking is also a great added value. Thank you Alex for all you kindness and assistance during our vacations. We are looking forward for the next stay already. Gustavo

I can't say enough about the customer service and excellent treatment we received. Alex went above and beyond our expectations to make a great first impression. The property is in an excellent location ( A few yards from the beach) and the view is amazing. We were able to open our windows each day and let the ocean air wake us up. The property has everything you need for a home away from home and made us not want to leave. We can’t wait to make our next reservation ! ! !

Room was just more we expected. Location was nice, it was easy to go by bus to everywhere. Heated pool was just lovely. Hope we can come back again.

We rented this unit for 6 nights this past January. Alex was the most gracious host. The view of the beach and the beach itself is spectacular and at night you can hear the ocean. Everything is clean and well appointed. The kitchen was perfect for our needs.Thank you Alex, you made it very special for us!

I rented this condo for 4 nights and had a really great time. The condo is well kept, clean and very comfortable. It has a beautiful view to the beach. The valet parking is very convenient and overall its a beautiful place. Cant wait to return in the nearby future.

Rented the room for a week for my Mom and Sister, when they came down for a wedding. The room had an amazing view, was comfortable and well equipped. Lobby area was very nice as was the pool and the valet service was a nice perk to the rental. My mom and sister were extremely happy and pleased with everything. Highly recommend anyone to stay here! The owner, was very responsive to all of my inquiries. Very glad I found this room and will rent it for myself in the future without hesitation.

Pasamos unos dias muy lindos y de relax, con una vista al mar expectacular, una piscina increíble y unas instalaciones amplias y cómodas. El apartamento limpio y todo funcionaba correctamente, WIFI, TV, telefono etc. Somos un matrimonio con 3 hijos adolescentes y la cama adicional verdaderamente muy debil. Cuando llegamos no habia sabanas ni toallas para la 5 persona por suerte el personal de Casablanca muy atento y predispuesto, excelente atención. Punto negativo: Tuvimos problemas para el reemplazo de las toallas ya que en la recepción nos decian que el apartamento es privado y debiamos hablar con el dueño. Alex predispuesto y despues de algunos llamados nos hizo llegar por unica vez un reemplazo de toallas. Definitivamente es un apartamento para máximo 4 personas.

We rented the studio with Alex for ten days, the place is very nice and confortable, it's really a cozy studio, beautiful sight seeing. Everything included: linen, towels, iron, kitchen, utensils. The location is excellent, the Collins Av, is one of the best in the area. The beach and the pool, very relaxing. The hotel staff, pleasant and very helpful. Alex is extremely kind and pleasant. Many places very close: restaurants, Publix, shops. We had a great time here,thanks a lot.

Good unit. Spectacular ocean view from 9th. floor. Alex was very pleasant and helpful. Was very kind booking for us two nights in the hotel since his unit would only be available two days after our arrival, for which we are very grateful. Only black spot was stove which did not cook as fast as needed. Everything else was just fine. Near to supermarkets, shops and also good transportation. Definetely will rent again.

Excelente departamento con vista perfecta al mar. Totalmente equipado, sin sorpresas. Muy agradable y dispuesto propietario. La zona es muy comoda, a pocas cuadras tiene comercios donde comprar absolutamente todo si no desean mover de la zona. En auto se llega a minutos a cualquier zona, tanto al Sobe como a Ball Harbour o Bayside.

My friends and I rented with Alex for our spring break, (March 16-21), and we were just happy to find something available. Alex was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and it was all simple. We had an amazing spring break and my friends have already told me that next time we have to stay in the same place again. The room was perfect with a breathtaking view of the ocean, the pool was so relaxing, and the beach was literally a hop and a skip away. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. A short cab ride or bus trip got us everywhere we needed to be. We had such a great experience and I would definitely recommend booking this place.

My wife and I rented a studio for 1 week. Clean, comfortable, and unbeatable location literally next to the ocean. Bath towels, beach towels, chair/umbrella, ironing board, etc. included. Free valet parking and wi-fi awesome. Alex was available, on top of things, and straight forward. Honest transactions start to finish. Short driving distance to South Beach and walking distance to smaller restaurants and nearby Publix. We'll be coming back.

Excellent studio with all you need to feel like home. Ocean view, valet parking (free), wireless internet, kitchen utensils. We did not go to eat outside at all - bought all the food in the supermarket and enjoyed home made food and mojitos looking on the ocean :) Minutes from the beach. Recommended.

My family and I stayed in this condo the last week of apri. We had a wonderful time. Miami is our new favorite beach! This part of the beach is most deffinantly kid friendly. Not as wild as the south beach area. You are close to everything you need. we didnt even rent a car! The owner was wonderful and even allowed us to ceck in early. A wonderful experience. We will absolutely be returning.

If you are looking for a place where you can go to the beach, visit South Beach and go to the downtown easily it is your best alternative. The condo is on the Collins Ave, one of the most important and beautiful streets of the Miami Beach. Besides, the facility people are great! you can get away from the high every day stressfull life to this beautiful beach condo. In the morning you can hear the waves so peacefully. I recommend the condo especially if you go with your friends, family even alone with that special someone... This a great place!!!! to stay.
