The condominium is located on the sixth floor and the view is spectacular. The Santini Plaza shopping complex is located within very short walking distance and has a variety of retailers (grocer, post office, bank, restaurants, bars, clothing shops, drug store, and more). It is located one block from the Fish Tale Marina complete with outdoor restaurant, boat slips, power and sail boat rental, charter fishing, and a complete marine store. My husband and I purchased this unit pre-construction many years ago. We have enjoyed spending time together and with our families and have created many lasting memories. This location was ideal because it is steps from one of the most beautiful beaches we've visited, and the community was inviting and friendly.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Over the years we have enjoyed having our own home away from home while enjoying morning walks on the beautiful beach, building sand castles with our grandchildren, taking afternoon swims in the pool, and preparing many fun meals while watching the sun set on the beach.

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent. The veiws from this condo are very good. You can see the beach and the pool. Santini plaza and cvs pharmacy are directly across the street. There are alot of restaurants within walking distance which makes it so easy and if you want to go further away, the trolley stops by Santini plaza across the street. So easy to get around. We plan on returning for many years to come.
Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This condo was very spacious and clean. There was a very home and welcome type feeling about it. The view was beautiful and the condo building was very quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be fortunate enough to come back next year. The owners answered all of my concerns when we were looking for a condo very promptly. The pictures of the condo look just like the condo. It was just perfect. There are plenty of dining and shops right there. You basically do not have to leave the area if you don't want to. You have everything you need there. The morning walks on the beach are absolutely beautiful.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

I may be the first to comment but I won't be the last. I love this place. It's so close and convenient to everything but not crowded or congested. I love the easy walk to the beach. Loved the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoon. Can't wait to go back !

I love this condo! I don't know which view I like the best, they're all great. Everything I need is close by,drug store, restaurants,beach,golf etc. I guess that's why I keep coming back!
