The Best Beach Vacation Ever!

My husband and I spent one full week here last August and again this August. We loved it so much we were planning next years trip before we left this time! Location is perfect. Palmetto Dunes is the premier spot in HH with so much right there in walking distance of the condo.We rode our bikes every single day we were there.The pool area is nicer than most high end hotels in the area too.With a nice gym,BBQ area and oceanfront location there is nothing you don't have here! The condo is clean and well decorated and very homey and cozy. I love that about it! We have enjoyed two of the very best vacations we have ever had right here in this condo! To go to HIlton Head is to love it!! The owner is very nice to work with also!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Greatly Enjoyed our Stay

My wife and I stayed at this Palmetto Dunes property the first week of August 2011. We have a June timesharing in Sea Pines, another area of the island, and have been going to Hilton Head for over 40 years. This experience gives us a good understanding of the various areas and properties on the island. This second floor, physically the third floor as the covered parking occupies the ground floor, unit overlooks a beautiful garden area and has a great view of the ocean from the balcony, living area and bedroom. It is very quiet since the pools are on the other side of the building. The inside is very spacious for a one bedroom and well furnished with all appropriate furniture, utensils, appliances, etc. The elevator is only steps away and there are convenient stairs as well for those like myself who could use the exercise. Unusual for a one bedroom unit there is also a small full bathroom in the front hallway. Hampton Place seems to be a fairly new development and is a good size, meaning not too big for the parking and pools. For example, we were always able to get a lounge chair around the pool. Also the adults only pool was great for us. It was quiet enough so that I could concentrate on reading my book despite being relatively close the other pool. The adjacent beach was not crowded at all. For those of you not familiar with Hilton Head, the beach on this part of the island is out of this world. It is extremely wide with soft white sand. Dina was great to work with as well. We will probably stay at her condo again should the opportunity present itself.

Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and two children had a wonderful vacation at HHI thanks to Dina and her beautifully decorated condo. Dina was so helpful and nice. What a blessing to us!!! The condo itself was very spacious, clean, and well appointed. The decor was great!! We loved the ocean and garden views. The pictures presented on-line are very accurate. Thanks Dina for allowing us the pleasure of using your condo. We will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful Condo Experience

My husband and I stayed in Dina's beautiful condo in February, 2010 and February, 2011. We very much enjoyed our time in the lovely unit. The view is fabulous. The unit is tastefully decorated. It is quite spacious considering it has only one bedroom. It does have two full baths and that is a plus. The balcony is nicely sheltered and can be reached from the living room and the bedroom. There is an unobstructed ocean view. We have visited Hilton Head a lot and this is our favorite place to stay. In addition, it is a pleasure working with Dina. She is helpful, courteous and accommodating. She answers questions promptly and fully. We have no complaints about our experience with Dina and her condo and we hope to return often..
