Our family enjoys this great neighborhood. We walk to the beach, and on our way stop at the neighborhood market for sandwiches and drinks. A fabulous park is just 3 blocks away. Sitting right between downtown Manhattan and Hermosa is fantastic. You don't have to decide where you go to dinner until you get to the bottom of the block. We have other beach rentals, and know this is one to enjoy.
