Very near 2 white sandy beaches with parking in a private parking lot. Great place for children to play and meet new friends. Very close to the Foundation featuring morning day camp for children with many afternoon activities for the whole family. Tennis also available with private lessons.

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in this home, at the end of a wide street with a cul-de-sac that is perfect for riding bikes. The home has beautifully landscaped grounds and the sunsets from the large deck are incredible. Thanks to motorized awnings, the deck can be used all day. The beach and parking passes make the gorgeous nearby beaches easy to access. The outdoor shower is perfect after swims in both the ocean and bay. This is a house you could live in; it is well-maintained and supplied with a great kitchen. It is comfortable and homey, but easy to maintain. The owners are exceptional in their graciousness and attentiveness to guests. We already look forward to another visit.

I have been renting this house with my family for the past 7 years and look forward to it every summer. The master bedroom looks out into the bay, with sliding glass doors onto a huge open deck. It is so peaceful to sit on the deck with a book or to watch the boats and the sunset. In the mornings we bike to the day camp at the Foundation, in the afternoon we go to the beach, and in the evenings we grill and hang out on the deck. The bedrooms are good size, the sitting area is comfortable and bright, and the kitchen is has a good working layout, it's well-equipped and very clean. It's a great spot, I highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at this beautiful cozy house. We spent most of our time on the deck when we were not on the beach. Since the deck faces west, the sunsets from the deck were gorgeous. Wished there was a hot tub on the deck and we would have not gone to the beach at all. The house is very conviniently located to some of the best restaurants on LBI. The beach is just few blocks from the house which is quiet and less crowded. The owner was extremely accomaditing in extending our check out. Loved everything about our stay here. None of us wanted to leave. Will definetly come again and recommend this house.
