It has a boat on site with optional boat rental. (Call for details). It has a screened lanai with private pool and spa. It has many extras including flat screen TV's and Surround system throughout the home including the lanai area.
Is equipped with sun loungers so that you can enjoy the Florida sun all day. Also has pool heating upon request so in the winter months you can still enjoy the pool all day. Is also equipped with a baby barrier that can be removed. Sliding glass doors that go out to the pool area.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you will need during your stay. Has 2 Master Bedrooms, with en suites. One of which has a Walk in shower and a luxurious garden tub. The other has a walk in shower. Has a formal dining area which will seat 8.
There are several Golf Courses just minutes away. Shopping is only minutes away and plenty of fine restaurants in the area.
We have BBQ for hire and pool heating upon request.
