Year Purchased: 1985
We chose this beautiful vacation home because of the close proximity to the private beach. No need to pay high beach parking fees. Guests have a choice of staying on the beach or sitting on the large deck equipped with a gazebo. One can view the water from every room in the house. The neighborhood is private, so it is very quiet during the day and night. We spent the summers with our children for 15 years and now that the children are grown, we decided to let others enjoy what we have enjoyed over the years.
