Our unit, a desirable true DIRECT GULF FRONT VIEW UNIT, a Western Unit, is also newly decorated. Property has an INDOOR/OUTDOOR HEATED POOL, HOT TUB, a SECOND POOL with mushroom sprays for the kids, and fitness and media rooms.
Close to downtown Gulf Shores, a fabulous beach vacation awaits you at Seawind. Our 12th floor unit has a private, over-sized balcony w/ table & chairs for 6 with a FRONTAL view of the Gulf. Only a few steps from the ocean, lounge on the balcony for a moment and enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf.
This beautifully decorated two-bedroom unit also has a large STUDY with twin (adult) size BUNK beds, which functions almost as a third bedroom. The master features a large WALK IN CLOSET, blackout curtains and a pillow top KING, the second bedroom a pillow top QUEEN, and the living room a queen SLEEPER SOFA, to sleep a total of 8. At the end of the day, enjoy 4 HD LCD TVs/up-convert DVDs, one in each room, or watch the moonlight from your PRIVATE BALCONY (accessible from both the living room and master bedroom).
FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with all top-end stainless steel appliances, GRANITE, etc. that you may need (plus 5 BBQ pits outside), plus FULL-SIZED LAUNDRY. There is a large DVD Movie library; a SONY PLAYSTATION 1 w/ lots of games and numerous books for the kids. The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Property is located in the center of Gulf Shores. The three newest & greatest condos there are: Seawind, San Carlos & Lighthouse. San Carlos has no bunkroom & no indoor heated pool -- no amenities.
As between Lighthouse & Seawind, Seawind is considerably smaller than Lighthouse in the number of units and thus avoids the massive "factory effect" of Lighthouse. Both have similar amenities (extremely nice for both). Seawind, however, has a much larger "bunkroom" than does Lighthouse making a two bedroom Seawind unit sleep like a three bedroom unit in Lighthouse or San Carlos!

5/5 "We enjoyed a fantastic weekend at Seawind in Gulf Shores. The weather was perfect and so was the condo. This unit is a prime location in the building, high enough to avoid noises along the beach and offer breathtaking views of both sunrises and sunsets. The condo was just as described on the webpage and in the pictures, complete with amenities anyone would need for an extended weekend or week at the beach. We especially enjoyed eating out on the balcony the first evening and then relaxing in the hot tub. Also, to reiterate what others have said, the beds slept great! Later we took advantage of the fitness room. The location of this condo in Gulf Shores could not be better; we were within walking distance of shops and eateries all along the beach. Ate lunch one day at the next door Sea N Suds, and another day at the nearby Ribs and Reds. Then one evening we drove 4 miles over to Orange Beach and ate at Wintzells--a Gulf Coast tradition! Our only regret was having to leave. Fortunately we don't live that far away so hopefully we will be able to return and stay in unit 1205 again! Thank you so much for providing a great condo for a relaxing weekend."

First time at condo. It is great! Nice kitchen, amazing views. The restaurants are nearby. TVs in every bedroom, Frisbee on back of door of laundry room. Hopefully comeback to this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacations here. The furnishings are wonderful. Plenty of room for our two families. Great view, very comfortable. we will be back, hopefully to stay for Shrimpfest next time, Very kid friendly.

What a great place! Everything is decorated nicely. The master bdrm bed that we slept on is heavenly! So nice to have all the amenities of home right there. And the VIEW!! WOW! Right on the ocean. Couldn't get any better. Loved every minute of it!! If you are looking for a great dinner, try Lamberts Cafe on Hwy 59 on the way in. We will be back next year for sure!!!!!!!!
