The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Property is located in the center of Gulf Shores. The three newest & greatest condos there are: Seawind, San Carlos & Lighthouse. San Carlos has no bunkroom & no indoor heated pool -- no amenities.
As between Lighthouse & Seawind, Seawind is considerably smaller than Lighthouse in the number of units and thus avoids the massive "factory effect" of Lighthouse. Both have similar amenities (extremely nice for both). Seawind, however, has a much larger "bunkroom" than does Lighthouse making a two bedroom Seawind unit sleep like a three bedroom unit in Lighthouse or San Carlos!
