We stayed here the first week in October.. This place is AMAZING!!! We loved every minute of it. The condo is beautiful and very kid friendly. It is stocked with ANYTHING you could ever want. The view is breathtaking. We saw dolphines swimming eveyday (very exciting for my three children). The location is great as it is close to Gulf Shores as well as Pennsicola; if you can even bring yourself to leave the beautiul beach. We had perfect weather and had such a great time we stayed an extra night. Alicia is wonderful to work with and we can't wait to book again for next year!!!

We just returned from a week at this beautiful condo. It was the best vacation we have ever had to orange beach, and this was by far the nicest condo. Alicia is wonderful to work with, the condo is beautiful and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this unit to family and friends.

Just returned from our stay at Summerhouse. Loved this condo! Everything was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and the view was great! Alicia was very easy to work with, friendly, and prompt. The property is in a great location - close to grocery store, restaurants, and souvenir shops. The photos that are provided of this condo accurately reflect what you can expect when you stay here. Had a fantastic time and would definitely stay at Summerhouse again! Thanks Alicia!

My young family and I had a wonderful experience at Summerhouse. Alicia is extremely helpful and easy to work with and amazingly prompt with responses to questions even when enduring tornadoes and extreme weather. We greatly appreciated all the help she provided us. The condo is amazing and exactly as pictured on this website. Our two young boys loved the spaciousness and playing on the balcony every morning while watching the pelicans, seagulls, and even an osprey (we think!). The kitchen was a delight to cook in and had everything we needed. The pool had plenty of space and was ALWAYS sparkling clean. Access to the beach is literally steps away and great restaurants, shopping, and activities surround you on all sides. This is a great location, great condo, and super vacation for any family. We go to Orange Beach every year for Spring Break. I have twins who started high school this year. This condo was absolutely perfect. It is located in the middle of everything. I found it to be very convenient and in walking distance to souvenir shops, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Carts and elevators are easily accessible and always available with very little or no wait time. The condo itself is wonderful. It is updated, clean/neat, and the furniture/bedding is also very comfortable. The bunk bedroom is actually two full size beds that is made into bunkbeds. This condo has the best and most spacious balcony. You will find yourself spending most of your time on this balcony that overlooks the pool area and the beach front. Alicia is great to work with. She was very prompt in responding to emails and very helpful with any questions. The last thing is something so simple but made my life so much easier... the keypad that houses a key right beside the door!!!! With two teenagers I never had to worry about them losing keys, getting locked out, or asking if I knew where their key was. Overall, this condo is absolutely wonderful!!!

This is my family's 2nd year vacationing in Alabama. Last year we were in 1 room - this year The Summerhouse Condo which was just amazing!!! It is beautiful, clean and the owners were AMAZINGLY kind and easy to work with. The decore is beautiful and just as shown in the pics. There were plenty of carts to use for groceries and luggage and never a wait for the elevator. The view was perfect as well. I used the treadmill daily for a run while my kids played in the inside pool which was heated. There are souviner shops across the street - walking diastance which the kids enjoyed very much! The balcony was very spacious and eating out there was so relaxing and enjoyable as well. I hope to be back next year to this same condo!!!! I hope everyone enjoys it and appreciates it as much as we do..... Sincerely. wkc

We had a wonderful experiance and vacation in Orange Beach, Alabama. This condo is absolutely amazing. It is beautifully furnished, the most comfortable beds, the beach is family oriented and is not too crowded. The condo complex itself is filled with helpful people, and greate ammenities. Alicia makes the process of renting very easy and comfortable. I have already recommended this condo to many friends and family members that are looking for a beautiful place to vacation. I look forward to renting form Alicia again in the near future.

The condo is absolutley wonderful! We loved watching the dolphin rrom the balcony each morning and evening. Our 2 1/2 year old grandson loved the sand and chasing the gulls. It was his first trip to the beach. He also enjoyed the indoor pool. We had sunshine everyday. It was a great time of fellowship with the family.

We had 4 adults and 3 children (two - under 2) and this condo was PERFECT!!! There is a pack and play and a booster seat. There is a dvd player and a vcr - VERY family friendly! The beds were wonderful and the kitchen and view FABULOUS!!!! Such a fantastic owner - so easy to work with and really went out of her way to make our vacation happen - even though we were a last minute booking, she made sure everything was perfect and so easy!!! Wonderful experience and we will be back to this condo again and again!!! Thank you SO much for EVERYTHING Alicia!!!!!

We have been going to OB for about 4 years and Summer House is hands down the best place we've stayed. Alicia was easy to work with and had everything ready when we got there. The condo is "top shelf" and the beds are amazing. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids and the access to the beach was outstanding. The view was stunning and you are around the corner from anything and everything. We we return to OB we don't have to search for a place to stay because we already know who to call.

A special time spent in Alicia's condo. Our daughter was married on the beach behind Summerhouse. The condo met or exceeded all our expectations. The furnishings and decorations are beautiful. New flooring, countertops and cabinets were put in just prior to our stay. The master bedroom bed was the most comfortable bed we have used. We spent many hours on their 7th floor balcony enjoying the breezes and warmth. Great napping up there. Alicia was so easy to work with and we appreciated her interest in the wedding we were preparing for over the past several months and when it finally arrived. We plan on coming again in the fall months that are so pleasant. Overall it was a wonderful stay at a wonderful condo owned by a wonderful owner.

Found this complex when we wanted to have our daughter's wedding on the beach in October. Alicia was so helpful when I contacted her online about their place. The condo is absolutely beautiful! The furnishings are first class and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in besides my own at home. The view from the balcony is stunning. The balcony is about 25' long and about 10' wide which is a wonderful place to spend a lot of time. The picture of the bedroom with a bunkbed is actually full sized beds made into a bunkbed. The 3rd bedroom is very nice too. Summerhouse is very convenient to stores, restaurants and entertainment. Everything you need within a couple of minutes from the complex. Alica was so easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will love coming back here again and look forward to working with her.
