  We had a great time during our stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable and had all the room we needed for our family. In addition, Paula went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. We were checking in the same day that TS Debby was in the Gulf and she made sure we had all the information we needed and also made recommendations should the storm wipe out the first few days of our vacation. The storm never affected Perdido and we enjoyed perfect weather on the clean white sand beaches. Thanks again!

  I have just completed a weeks vacation at this condo. It is a great location convenient to a large number of great restaurants and with in 3 miles of two national chain grocery stores. My 17 year boy loves the water and probably spent 4-5 hours a day in it. He would make the short walk to the ocean and swim and then go back to the pool and swim. My 15 year girl was more interested in walks on the beach and sun tanning. The condo was close enough to the water that we could sit in the condo and listen to the waves. I will definitely consider this location when I am planning my next trip.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  This was our first time to this area, and we were pleasantly surprised! The unit was beautiful and very clean. It had everything that you could possibly need. The decor was kind of a Tommy Bahama tropical look and was very well done. I had my elderly mother with me and appreciated that the reserved parking space was right near the elevator. The 10th floor view and comfy patio furniture were fabulous. I would highly recommend this unit!

  We were thrilled with the rental property and our experience with the owner. The owner was very great to work with. The condo was nice and clean, and ready for us when we checked in. The owner went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo. It's one of the best ones we've stayed at on Perdido Key, and we will be back. Thanks so much!!

  We stayed at this condo for several days. My family enjoyed it tremendously. The balcony is great and the condo is very comfortable. We will come back again.

  This was a great condo. It is very well decorated and very comfortable. Loved the patio furniture and my kids loved having their own bunk room to play their video games and watch movies. There is a reserved parking spot and we were able to conveinently store our beach stuff in front of the car so we did not have to carry it up in the afternoons. Also, the owner was great to work with. We will definately come back.

  We were looking for a place for our family to go for a couple of days. The condo was vell decorated and the property has a great set up. My husband loved the Chair and Ottoman on the balcony overlooking the beach. The place was perfect for our family.
