You will not be able to get enough of the breathtaking views of the white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico from the 10th floor private balcony. The condominium is located in the Windemere Condominiums in Pensacola, Florida on beautiful Perdido Key just east of Orange Beach, Alabama. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or a fun vacation for your family, our vacation rental will more than satisfy your needs.
The Condominium is well furnished and decorated in a warm Mediterranean/Tropical flair with ceramic floor in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. In addition to the large balcony, this unit has a great spacious floor plan. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico, TV, DVD and a large tub with a separate shower in the master bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, DVD and a separate door to the hall bathroom. The bunkroom is perfect for two children with its own TV and DVD. There is also sofa sleeper, TV and DVD with surround sound in the Living Room and several board games, including Scrabble and Monopoly.
The building has all the amenities you would expect in a new building. The Complex boasts a nice sized elevated outdoor pool with a deck that overlooks the beach, a hot tub and exercise room with a flat screen TV. If you like to grill out, there is a picnic area with barbeque pits on the beach level. The Windemere has its own private low density beach with optional beach chair service.
Perdido Keys’ beaches have been ranked among the top five beaches by Conde Nast Traveler (July 2001); rated the No. 1 swimming beach in America by GORP (Great Outdoor Recreation Pages); and, has appeared on the Travel Channel. If you like a private fine sugar sand beach, tropical breezes, emerald green water, breathtaking sunsets and a laid back paradise without the inconveniences of crowds then this is it.
Nearby activities and attractions include some of northern Florida and southern Alabama’s finest golf courses, with the Arnold Palmer championship Lost Key course in view outside your front door. Neighboring Orange Beach is home to the largest charter fishing fleet on the Gulf, with terrific inshore and deep sea fishing at your call. Experience the magic of flight at the National Naval Aviation Museum on the Pensacola Naval Air Station, which is also home of the awe inspiring Blue Angels. I have just completed a weeks vacation at this condo. It is a great location convenient to a large number of great restaurants and with in 3 miles of two national chain grocery stores. My 17 year boy loves the water and probably spent 4-5 hours a day in it. He would make the short walk to the ocean and swim and then go back to the pool and swim. My 15 year girl was more interested in walks on the beach and sun tanning. The condo was close enough to the water that we could sit in the condo and listen to the waves. I will definitely consider this location when I am planning my next trip.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was our first time to this area, and we were pleasantly surprised! The unit was beautiful and very clean. It had everything that you could possibly need. The decor was kind of a Tommy Bahama tropical look and was very well done. I had my elderly mother with me and appreciated that the reserved parking space was right near the elevator. The 10th floor view and comfy patio furniture were fabulous. I would highly recommend this unit!

We were thrilled with the rental property and our experience with the owner. The owner was very great to work with. The condo was nice and clean, and ready for us when we checked in. This was a great condo. It is very well decorated and very comfortable. Loved the patio furniture and my kids loved having their own bunk room to play their video games and watch movies. There is a reserved parking spot and we were able to conveinently store our beach stuff in front of the car so we did not have to carry it up in the afternoons. Also, the owner was great to work with. We will definately come back.

We were looking for a place for our family to go for a couple of days. The condo was vell decorated and the property has a great set up. My husband loved the Chair and Ottoman on the balcony overlooking the beach. The place was perfect for our family.
