Villa is 2 levels so there is no annoying noise from neighbors above or below. This villa allows you to enjoy Hilton Head and all it has to offer in one of the most popular resort areas-Palmetto Dunes.

Unit has 2 air conditioning units - 1 for upstairs and the other for downstairs ensuring comfort during your stay.
Villa includes 3 TV's all hooked up to cable and all with DVD's- each bedroom has a TV and DVD player. Unit has WiFi and cable modem internet access.
Palmetto Dunes has 24 hour security and free transportation provided within Palmetto Dunes/Shelter Cove via the Palmetto Dunes Beach Buggy.

I just got back from 4 nights at this unit. I was in town for a wedding at Palmetto Dunes and was pleasantly surprised by the location and amenities. This condo is spacious. The master downstairs is private and has a nice walk out patio. The bedroom upstairs has two beds and there is an additional bed in the loft area upstairs. This would be a great condo for two couples and some small children or even one family with multiple children. The location is fanstasic. It's within walking distance of the Dunes House and of course the beach. We easily rode bikes to tennis and the general store for breakfast. I didnt try the complex pool but it looked very nice. I would defintely consider this location and particular unit in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.
