Your family will love the location of this 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath townhome in Sea Pines. The villa is a half mile walk or bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club where you will find activities for the kids (in season), food and tiki bar, cabana rentals, as well as live entertainment when the sun goes down.
Harbourtown is also a walk/bike ride away - or you can ride the Trolley in season for free - and has lots of options for dining and shopping, a large playground, and is home to the famous Gregg Russell family friendly show. The Salty Dog and South Beach are minutes away by car and offers tennis, dining, shopping, a marina and boat/fishing/water activities.
The condo has a master bedroom with a king size bed, two sinks and large closets - and a balcony overlooking the patio. The two additional bedrooms have two twin beds and each has its own full bathroom. Downstairs there is a large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and powder room. There is a patio that sits off the back with a charcoal grill, and is located just off the eighth green on the Ocean Course. There is a large pool and baby pool on-site, just steps away from the condo.
