The apartment is located in the old city centre, at Chiado/Bairro Alto - place where a large part of the cultural, gastronomic and nightlife of Lisbon takes place.
The entire neighbourhood is more than 200 years old, and the building respects the 19th century style of architecture. There are three public car parks within 3 minutes walking distance.
The apartment has 85 m2; it has abundant natural light and a balcony with nice views over the city, the river and the castle. It is a duplex, that has been renovated to include the following:

- one bedroom with double bed (150 cm);

Centrally located in the Chiado, and a walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and entertainment of Bairro Alto, yet, on a quiet street. The apartment is fully equipped, even washer and dryer which was very convenient. There was a small grocery store just a few steps away so we were able to easily fill our refrigerator with some necessities for our stay. The view is superb, just like the pictures showed, no gimmicks here!

We had a wonderful time in the the cosy, quiet and beautiful apartment. Its description in the site was full and accurate; the presenting of so many pictures of it is appreciated and fair. Filipa, who received us, was very helpful and reliable, and we'd like to thank her for her advices.

Prestations excellentes, appartement refait à neuf (merci IKEA), confortable, spacieux et calme. Rue très bien située à la limite entre Rossio, Bairro-Alto et Baixa: le matin, prenez le petit-déjeuner au café NICOLA, en descendant (5mn) les petites ruelles. Un conseil pour remonter: prenez l'ascenseur Santa Justa qui vous amènera au Largo do Carmo!

Great place... Great view... Just wish there was a lift, but otherwise ok. Having internet was a plus. The loft room wasn't very useful... If you had a roof top with barbeque facilities, now that would be amazing! Raul was really good... very responsable and helpful.
