The house is cozy, completely furnished with love and taste, 2 master bedrooms with queen beds one downstairs and the second on the first floor. If you are somebody who doesn't like going up and down the stairs, you can live on the main floor where everything you need is, and keep the second master bedroom for visitors. You have 3 full baths, the 3rd. one gives services to visitors as well as to the office or TV room.
The house is part of a gated community of 14 houses. It is very safe and very quiet. The pool is almost all yours, very few neighbors use it.
