This happy house is new on the market. It is located in the same street than one of the best hotels in town called "Real de Minas". It is near the center but far enough away to avoid noise and dust. You can walk to the Institute for classes, to the gym, to a coffee shop, to a mini-market, etc..

We have a nice garden area with a pool, size 100 feet, although it is not heated
The house is cozy, completely furnished with love and taste, 2 master bedrooms-suites, each with a queen bed and walk-in closets, one downstairs and the second upstairs. If you are somebody who doesn't like going up and down the stairs, you can live on the main floor where you will find everything you need, and keep the second master bedroom for visitors. The third room is for the computer or TV room. You have 3 full bathrooms, the 3rd. gives services to guests as well as to the computer room. It is very safe and very quiet.

I am Liliane, born in Switzerland, but with a mexican heart. I lived in Mexico City 30 years and then moved to San Miguel in 1994, where I enjoy life with my husband Alfred, from New Jersey.
We live full time here and we are very helpful with our tenants. We built the house thinking of us in the future, making it easy,
efficient and comfortable.
