Our condo will certainly suit your needs, decorated with beautiful furniture and furnishings. For your comfort we offer a master bedroom with a king bed, and a convertible pull out sofa. The master bedroom comes complete with a cable TV and the full bath is right off the master bedroom.
Living room has wall of glass looking out on the gulf with door out to balcony, beautiful couch and love seat, TV with DVD, cable with. Keeping the cook in mind, you will find a fully stocked kitchen. All the cooking utensils you will need are at your disposal. A great view of the gulf is yours from the kitchen and living room. This is a no smoking condo, max. occupancy is 6.
Feel free to enjoy either of the two pools (one seasonally heated), barbecue grills, Jacuzzi, spa, sauna, racquetball, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, pool table, and game area, all on site. Pelican Walk is only minutes away from all area restaurants, golf, fishing, diving, miniature golf, arcades, water parks, bungee jumping, shopping, bowling, and amusement parks.
Pelican Walk is a smaller, family friendly, beautifully landscaped condo. With all the amenities of the huge complexes, without all the crowds. We are certain once your stay draws to an end you will return to our "get away at the beach."

We stayed on the 10th floor. The check in was at 4pm and check out was at 9am. The condo had a wonderful view from the balcony. You can see other people from the balcony if you are standing on the edge. This condo has got furniture and appliances that are very outdated. They could use some fresh paint on the walls as well. However for the price and the fact that it was on the beach we really cannot complain. Everything worked. The free wifi was nice. This unit has a washer and dryer. It was clean and bug free which is a big thing for me. The elevator waits were not long at all. The pools were rarely busy. We picked this location and condo because we have a dog we travel with. The pet area is all the way across the places parking lot. If your dog can make it that far they do have a trash can and bags to pick up after your pooch. You are right across the street from Waffle House. This condo is not far from Walmart and some good restaurants such as Captain Jacks. There is a very nice beach area for dogs across from Pier park.
