Our villa has the largest floor plan for a detached villa in Stonebridge and has 12 foot ceilings in the great room. We are located on one of the quietest streets in the community and are close to the clubhouse, tennis courts, and fitness center.
We purchased it in 2008 and everything is fresh and new. The eat-in kitchen is very large with center island, new granite countertops and everything a cook could want. Adjacent to the great room is the formal dining area, with formal dinnerware. All 3 bedrooms have a TV/DVD unit and there is a 42" flat screen TV in the great room. The kitchen even has a TV. There is a Bose CD/radio system with I-Pod port in the great room as well. The villa is wireless, including on the lanai.
The great room opens up to a covered lanai. The master bedroom also opens onto the lanai. Our 30 foot heated pool overlooks the 3rd fairway of the golf course. There is a round dining table and multiple seating groups for lounging, reading, or relaxing.
The home is designed for comfort, whether you're entertaining or enjoying time by yourself or with your family.

Greetings! We're Colleen and Dan Fisher and have been living in upstate New York on one of the Finger Lakes for approximately 30 years. We have three grown children and we are beginning to think about retiring. We have many interests and hobbies including travel, music, theater, outdoor activities, and, of course, spending time with our family.

The 12 foot ceilings give the villa a sense of grand space and are energy efficient. Open the glass doors onto the lanai and pool and you'll think you're in your own private resort - and you are! The guest bedrooms are separate from the master for privacy when you have company. Having a separate laundry room with built-in ironing board off the kitchen is convenient for so many reasons. The villa is wireless with a desk in the master bedroom in case you feel like catching up on correspondence or work. There is a TV/DVD in every bedroom and a 42" widescreen TV with DVD player in the great room, complete with cable and HD. There's even a TV/DVD in the eat-in kitchen. We have a Bose CD/radio sound system with I-Pod port, also in the great room, that can be moved to the lanai if desired. Our home is designed for comfort and at the same time can accomodate many guests and family members. We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do.
