We welcome you to our home! It is thoughtfully laid out to accommodate one or many families by providing a large but cozy entertainment area. You don't have to be a wine connoisseur to enjoy a glass while taking in wonderful ocean and bay views from the many decks. The private suites have large sliding doors and accompanying furnished decks for quieter times. A fenced and private lushly landscaped one third acre yard and large heated pool allow for safe playtime for children and pets alike. Just a short walk to the beach on a private sandy road.
The home's custom interior has the finest in furnishings and appliances with charming vintage heart of pine floors. Watch TV in every room except the bathroom. The great room has a pioneer 50" plasma TV and comfy recliners for relaxing at the end of a day at the beach. The second family room with bath right next to the pool provides the same great comforts and allows multiple families to share space without having to share all the same activities. Wide hallways on all levels of the home and an elevator provide easy access for guests or family members with physical limitations. Just a short walk down a private sandy road to reach the beach.

Why the Owner Chose Cape San Blas
We have enjoyed the cape for years for its privacy and family friendly atmosphere. The beaches are never crowded, even at the busiest times of the year. The north end of Cape San Blas where this home is located are where the bluest waters are found. Nearby communities of Port St. Joe and Apalachicola are historic and charming. The friendly, casual and welcoming small town atmosphere makes us believe again.

We got home to Tallahassee this afternoon after spending a week at San Belize and I just wanted to let you know that we had such a wonderful time...it is an absolutely amazing beach home...everyone loved the design and the way you have decorated and furnished it. Having the elevator was such a help. It was an awesome vacation home for our extended family and we all agreed we should go back to San Belize again next year! Thank you for sharing your family-oriented home with us...we were sad to go.
