Newly built enclosed large shared front patio area makes for a nice morning coffee session on the patio along with a back patio area to end your day with a BBQ while watching sun set in the west over Linda Lane Beach Canyon.
This fully equipped rental means all you need is a pair of flip flops and bathing suits and you are set for your beach trip.
Disneyland, Lego Land and SeaWorld all in a day's venture. (Close drive to all locations.) Dana Point Harbor just north couple of miles where you can enjoy Whale & Dolphin cruise adventures. Go Fishing on the local "Half Day boats, " out of the Harbor or take sailing lessons. Boat rentals, Kayaking, Catalina Island excursions all available at the Dana Point Harbor.

Why the Owner Chose San Clemente
"Location Location" We found this place and thought it would be a great place to remodel and eventually make into a "Vacation Rental." The location made it perfect for visitor to come and park there car and walk to beach or downtown "Del Mar Ave" just one to two blocks from place.
The Unique Benefits at this Attached Townhouse
This place is so refreshing with it's newly "Aloha Spirit Tropical Beach Decor." Again the climate can't be beat in San Clemente. World famous Trestles surf beach and San Onofre close. Walk to great surfing/swimming or body boarding two blocks down the street. Shopping and dinning at local restaurant fair one block away. Off street parking provided which is a must in the beach town. Large fenced in front shared patio with tables/umbrellas, and back sitting area with BBQ that overlooks Linda Lane Beach Canyon.
Just down the street on the canyon walk to local Mariposa beach.
Walk one street over to great shopping or fine dinning. Farmers Market every Sunday.
Surf down at the pier or catch the train just two blocks from beach retreat.

We have been fortunate to live in this wonderful town of San Clemente with its perfect climate and beautiful white sand beaches. We have raised our boy's here and watched them grow up down the street at one of the best surf beaches in the world. San Clemente still has the small town feel without the huge crowds found at other beach towns in Southern California. Great place to take your family and enjoy a peaceful beach "Getway."
