Where do I even start? Our trip to the Cayman was amazing, but staying at Donna and Gary's was what really what pushed it over the top! We were STUNNED at the quality of the condo.. The location? Perfect! A quick walk to anything you could possibly need, but still outside of the more tourist-filled and noisy areas.. Most of our favorite restaurants were within minutes by foot! The property? Beautiful! After walking up and down 7 mile beach one day, we both concluded that the Regal Beach Club definitely had the best property, between the ocean view and the clean beach (with snorkeling right off shore!) we always felt safe, comfortable, and relaxed! And inside? It felt just like home :-) I'm BIG into the details, and it's clear that Donna and Gary are as well! Nothing was spared in creating this cozy home away from home.. We found everything we needed and more to cook with in the well organized kitchen, and If we just wanted to settle into the comfy couches for a couple hours we were never short of entertainment (dvd's, music, books, and it seems like they had all our favorites!). Clean, well-decorated, organized.. This place has it all! Here's a couple tips from us for when you go :) -renting a vehicle isn't necessary for the whole time. you'll enjoy the walking and taxi rides on occasion.. but we highly recommend renting a moped and taking an adventure on your own terms around the island! this was one of our favorite memories!! and CHEAP too! Go right down the street to Cayman Auto Rentals, they're very friendly and their vehicles seemed well maintained. -if stingray city isn't accessible for whatever reason (wind, current, etc) call Action Watersports. They just might take you there on a waverunner ;-) it lives up to the hype by FAR! And don't forget your waterproof camera! Bottom line: We HIGHLY recommend this condo and we'd go back in a heartbeat!

We stayed at Donna & Gary's in late August. The weather was great and the Island wasn't too crowded. The condo itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It provided all the amenities we could have desired. The property has a lovely pool and plenty of umbrellas and chairs on the beach. It also has a fantastic grill for those nights we ate in. We went scuba diving on most days and enjoyed the bountiful sights of these warm and vibrant waters. I would highly recommend this spot.

I can't tell you how much we absolutely loved your beautiful home away from home. The condo was perfect in every way for us. We are already day dreaming of how to get back to it, and we wouldn't stay anywhere but in your place. Not only was it lovely, as you said, your beach was perfect. At its busiest, we counted 14 people on the beach (most days it was about 8). For the boys, being next to the Red Sail Sports at the Marriott (and the snack bar!) was just fabulous. We did so many water sports and it was fantastic just to walk next door and rent what we needed. Thank you so much for everything. Your info ahead of time and your beautiful place helped give us the best vacation that we've ever had.

We felt taken care of from the moment we decided to reserve this condo - - from the suggestions for restaurants, rental car and tours to the amenities awaiting us in the condo - - everything was aimed at making our trip relaxing and easy. We spent time exploring the island from the West End to Rum Point - and our favorite spot was, without a doubt, our own condo and its awesome beach. The condo is beautiful. The location is perfect with easy access to George Town, grocery stores and many wonderful restaurants. We rented a car in order to explore a bit but it would be easy to manage without one. We were often struck by the difference between our beach and the chaos of the beaches nearby at the Marriott and the Royal Palms. We never had trouble finding a beach chair or umbrella no matter what time of day. The on-site manager was impressive and always available. All-in-all, we knew what we wanted to see and where we wanted to go by the time we arrived and this was a truly stress free vacation (except for learning to negotiate the roundabouts!). When we return, we know where we will stay - - everything was perfect.

After about a month's worth of research on where to stay, my husband and I booked at Donna and Gary's condo and couldn't be happier! The location is one of the best on 7 mile beach and the property was very well maintained. The unit itself was very clean, comfortable, and suited us perfectly. One of our favorite parts of the trip was just relaxing outside on the lanai overlooking the beautiful pools and beach. We vacation quite a bit and this is one of the places we can't wait to return to! Highly recommend!

Wow!!! John and I landed here after a whirlwind of a wedding and were absolutely in love with one another. And this condo was such a haven, a calm after the storm with the chaos of wedding planning. We walked through the doorway and found ourselves with dropped jaws and huge grins - what a beautiful place for our honeymoon! The condo was so spacious and bright and clean and sunny. It was perfect for a romantic getaway! We walked out onto the patio that overlooked the pools and ocean and we just stood there stunned. Could it get anymore beautiful?? Our week there proceeded with even more wonderful discoveries of a quiet and perfect private beach, tasty restaurants, beautiful walks, breathtaking scubadiving, and more. We really had a perfect week together and fondly reminisce of our time there together. We sincerely do hope to return there someday. Thank you so much, Anfangs, for such a beautiful getaway!

This was the best vacation we have been on! Grand Cayman is such a beautiful island,and staying in this condo just topped it off for a perfect vacation. We had a private beach and two private pools. The beach in front of the condo is amazing! The condo was stocked with everything we needed, we really enjoyed cooking our own meals and dining out on the screened in lanai. Coconut Joe's was our favorite place to eat out, it is right up the street, great food and a very friendly and casual atmosphere.Thank you Donna and Gary, we will definately be back!

Cayman is gorgeous and this place is in a really good spot. It was clean, comfortable condo with all of the amenities. We really enjoying having the comforts of home available in this condo. Gary and Donna were so helpful and stress free to book with, quick responses to emails and they really made planning easy. The property has 2 great pools that we enjoyed relaxing in and the beach was right there. It really is right on the beach. We were able to walk to and from local shopping centers and it was a quick ride to Georgetown for shopping. Amazing scenery and snorkeling. Would absolutely book again and plan too! Thanks for a relaxing vacation!

A Great Place to Relax

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. It was clean, neat and had everything that we needed!! We enjoyed sitting on the beach and looking at the wonderfully calm blue ocean waters. I love to relax and sun myself on the beach while my husband loved the snorkeling. Our favorite places were the snorkel site at Eden Rock and taking a trip to Stingray City. As many times as we have been in the Cayman Islands, we still enjoy these activities. The views from the lanai were amazing! We even got to see a couple of rainbows over the ocean!Your condo allowed us the opportunity for a relaxing and refreshing vacation. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family!

Lovely two bedroom condo that had everything we needed. We loved the view -- looking down on two pools and then out onto the Caribbean Sea. Great location on 7 Mile Beach with a private, quieter "vibe" than the big hotels. This was a perfect place to relax with our kids and enjoy warm, sunny weather. We can highly recommend the condo and the ease of everything being right there. We didn't even rent a car. Walked most of the time and took a couple of taxi rides. Many great restaurants including The Cracked Conch (great food in a great setting), Agua (new restaurant with very good food), Cafe Havana, Cimboco (favorite, local, fun) and The Lobster Pot (great for seafood and sunset). Swimming with the stingrays and snorkeling with Dexter are a must. Submarine only gets lukewarm reviews. There were five of us and we give this property five thumbs very high up!!

This condo was perfect for us. A small property, it has the Marriott on one side, providing accessibility to all the water toys, food and drink you might want--or just the music on the beach when they have outdoor events. The condo is clean and well-furnished, with some personal touches contributed by owners who really do use and appreciate the unit and provide amenities that non-resident owners might not. The porch faces the pool and the beach, but is set back far enough so that privacy is protected. The barbecue, a feature that we rely upon, is just below the unit, on the first floor. We had a great time and loved coming "home" to this unit. As usual, the diving off of Cayman is terrific, and Nick, at Deep Blue Divers (recommended by Gary and Donna) could not have been more accommodating.

A fabulous,relaxing stay in your lovely condo. Beautiful and well furnished. We really enjoyed the beautiful views, and sunsets off the lanai. Stingray City with Dexter and his marvelous entertaining stories was a real treat. Thank you so much for all your help and advice. It was very helpful in deciding what to do and saved us a lot of time. We are looking forward to coming back, hopefully sooner than later.

An AWESOME vacation! Great food, great snorkeling, great sunsets and of course Stingray City! I love the way the condos are set up. Everyone has an oceanview and the design made it very comfortable for me to allow my 16 year olds to go to the pool or beach without me. My ideal vacation...a lot of relaxation mixed in with a good amount of activity. The condo was clean. Gary and Donna were accessible via phone or e-mail if needed and the front office staff was extremely helpful. Transportation is easy(no need to reent a car) and there are so many good restaurants it is hard to decide where to eat.

Marvelous 7 Mile Beach location. Our second stay at this property. Ocean view, 150' from ocean. 1.5 miles to downtown George Town. Convenient to Cayman snorkeling sites, including Cemetery Beach and Smith's Cove. 1 mile to local supermarket. Clean, modern and well-kept condo. Propane Weber grill outside. Around the corner is Al La Kebab for simple, delicious Falafel pita wrap sandwiches with all the toppings, with Mango Chutney sauce...a personal favorite. We never missed seeing each nite’s sunset on the beach. Recommended, and will return. Steve and Pearl

Awesome Vacation!

The perfect choice! Being a single mom with 16 year old twins I was a little hesitant to go to an island without staying at a resort. However, we were very comfortable. I had no problem allowing the kids to go to the pool or the ocean on their own. Having the Marriott next door provided jet ski, kayak and even snorkel rentals. We did not rent a car but did use cabs a few times. We were able to walk to many restaurants and stores. The women in the front office were extremely helpful. They made phone calls for us and offered great suggestions. Brochures and maps were available in the condo as well as the office. Although we walked to the supermarket and took a cab back(just ask at the supermarket courtesy counter and they call a cab for you) there are also services to call who will do your food shopping and deliver it to you! It was nice to have breakfast and lunch at the condo then go out for a great dinner each evening. Stingray City and snorkeling with Fantasea Tours was a blast! A big plus is that they pick you up and drop you off at the condo. We also did a kayaking/snorkeling tour that was both educational and fun. The gentlemen running the tour were very personable. They also provided transportation to and from the condo. Great place to relax, great place for water sports!

Donna and Gary, your place here is absolutely stunning! Having dreamed of my honeymoon for years, I didn't think a place could exceed all those dreams. But here we are, as a newlywed couple, and absolutely taken away with the beauty and layout of this condo/home! We arrived late on a Monday night, and so when we woke up the next morning and SAW the ocean right before us, I think we both gasped! Not only is the surrounding area beautiful, but the home itself is incredible! It really feels like a home with the kitchen and washer/dryer and a beautiful veranda. It allows you to do what you need to do whenever is convenient for you (laundry, dishes, cook, etc). The location of this condo is fantastic. It's right in the middle of everything yet separate enough to feel peace and quiet no matter what time of day it is. We can walk to the grocery store and to several restaurants, and if renting a car, your options only increase! The information inside the condo is plentiful and extremely helpful. Your recommendations on your website greatly helped us book activities and meals at all the right places. A fellow tourist (who has been coming here for over 20 years) said to us, "Wow! You've reserved activities at all the right places; how'd you do that your first time here?" The places we've attended based on your recommendation we have found to be friendly, personable, and a blast! We loved and would strongly recommend Deep Blue Divers and Stingray City, and we're really looking forward to our Sunset Cruise Dinner tomorrow. We also loved Guy Harvey's, Deckers, Abacus, Ragazzi, and Breezes (restaurants). Andy's Auto Rentals was a great help to us getting around the island. We are so grateful for this place and the memories it has allowed us to create at the beginning of our honeymoon. Already a list has formed in my head of people I want to recommend this place to. Absolutely perfect! Thank you so much for making our honeymoon an absolute dream come true!

What you came to Cayman for. A beautiful, well furnished and very clean condo with views to die for. We have been coming to Cayman for several years, and this is the best condo we have stayed at. The owners are very helpful, as is the property manager, and work with you to have your stay be want you want it to be. Do something or do nothing, either way a very relaxing stay. Very quiet complex, but within 1/2 to one mile of many fine restaurants and shops. Champagne Sunday Brunch at Luca's is a must, outstanding. Around the corner to the Gelataria for finishing off a fine day of sun, snorkeling or diving. Breakfast on the lanai and ocean front dinners at the pool watching the sunsets were our favorite. You can order out, or get the fresh fish catch where the boats come in near Burger King heading downtown and grill to your own liking. It doesn't get fresher, or better than this. The free WiFi was very helpful as I had to handle some business on this trip. Looking forward to next year, home away from home.

Needing a place to spend a working vacation, I happened upon this Regal Beach unit and the delightful couple who own it. It was the perfect place for me to be at this time--quiet,nicely furnished with great pool and beach.Although we are waiting for our condo to be finished in another development, I would definitely stay here again should we need a place.

We heartily agree with all the well-deserved praise your condo has received- it is in an ideal location; it is charming, immaculate, and generously equipped. The property is beautifully maintained and spotless- even the grill gets cleaned! We could not have asked for a better spot for a relaxing and fun week with our teenage daughter and son. We sought a convenient location on Seven Mile Beach that was quiet and not crowded, but with easy access to amenities. Your spot more than fit the bill! Although we looked forward to long walks on the beach, and those beautiful sunsets we were also game for some action sports this trip. We liked having the Marriot next door- booking jet skis, and a banana boat ride there was a no-brainer, plus the artificial reef in front of the hotel makes for fun snorkeling- a great spot to get used to our gear before venturing to other sites on the island. We indulged in a weeklong car rental car from Andy’s- a five-minute walk away. Our daughter was more than happy soaking in the sun and running on the beach, but knew we would put the car to good use driving our son over the Black Pearl Skate and Surf. He got in quite a few morning sessions and had the huge skate park practically all to himself (literally, since the local kids were in school). A tip for those that may want to try the surf machine there: go Saturday night to watch the surf “show”- and then sign up the kids for the $25 session that follows. We lucked into that our first night on the island and then returned on Thursday night when they offer the “drop-in” session again, without the show. For those that want to go wakeboarding, I would recommend they call Justin at Turtle Sports - we booked a ½ day hour charter and it was more fun than we could have imagined. He is a great instructor and got us all up and riding in no time. He was going to take us snorkeling but we were having too much fun riding the waves. He gave the kids a 3-4 mile long tube ride on the way back that we will never forget. Our afternoon with Justin was our biggest splurge, by far, but so worth it- that’s why we were in a condominium making our own meals! We took your recommendation and booked a trip to Stingray City with Capt. Dexter, but he had to cancel at the last minute because strong winds came up- guess we’ll have to come back next year! Hopefully, we’ll also get to Rum Point, and learn to scuba dive then as well. Oh, by the way- those Tortuga Rum Cakes are addictive!

We had a fabulous time! The condo is fully equipped, clean, beautiful and just steps from the Ocean. We had a relaxing week of swimming, snorkeling.We enjoyed walking the beach every morning and watching the sunset every evening. Best vacation ever! Wonderful condo, perfect location, no need for car rental, great restaurants, grill at condo. Our favorites include snorkeling at stingray city with Dexter from Fantasea tours and cemetary reef. The beach and pool were so nice I couldn't think of giving up a day to go into town. What a great place you have. Very well appointed, with all the comforts of home, only its in paradise! The snorkeling off the beach was great. Chris at Eden Rock Dive Center was very knowlageable of some of the best diveing I've ever had. Franks Watersports was an affordable excursion to Stingray City, and picked us up right at the Condo. We have been to several resorts over the past years, and have never been able to relax as we did on this vacation, No more standing in line for a picked over Buffet! And no worries about walking anywhere, at anytime around the Island! I can't wait to make next years reservations!

All the comforts of home. Great location, very well furnished and a beautiful view. Especially enjoyed having meals on the deck and relaxing in the deck lounger. Can't wait to go back.

Our favorite vacation spot on Earth! Beautiful condo with ocean view, quiet and relaxing. A few steps out the door and you’re on the beach. Best time of day? Sunset by the pool overlooking the ocean, watching the sun disappear under the horizon. Walk to shops, great restaurants and our new find - gelato ice cream. We enjoyed our days by the pool, snorkeling (saw a family of squid this past trip in April!), walking on the beach, and relaxing on the screened in porch with the view of the ocean. We will be back.

I had a great stay in the condo during my visit. It was so nice to have a relaxing day on the beach and come back to such a comfortable place. The condo was well-furnished and the view was spectacular! Grand Cayman was a wonderful vacation spot and I will definitely come back! I loved going to Stingray City and snorkeling just off the shore of the condo complex. This particular condo was wonderful to stay in and I will definitely use it again.

What a gorgeous place! Breathtaking views of the ocean - it is truly PARADISE! The condo was great; very relaxing yet easily accessible to the many attractions that the Caymans are famous for! Home Sweet Cayman!

What an outstanding place to come and forget everything, and see what beauty there is. God is certainly an artist. From the beautiful waters and tropical fish there is majesty. Your place is just beautiful, and made the whole trip one of carefree enjoyment. Sitting on the lanai early having my cup of tea, and having dinner watching the sunset made both ends of our day spectacular. Thanks so much for allowing your place to be shared.

Walking in we were so impressed with the entire condo. So warmly furnished, spotless, and with a beautiful view. Had breakfast and some dinners on the Lanai for a quiet and relaxing meal. Did I say the view was beautiful yet? Great beach, quiet complex. Walked up and down the beach daily with a few dips in the sea in between. Can walk to many shops and restaurants, but took a car to tour the Island a little, stopping at Rum Point. The owners were so personal during our planning, and so was their property manager Pam. She met us with the key and spent some time giving us some ideas and pointers. Really helped a lot. Certainly one of our best times, and would come back to this condo in a heartbeat.
