This 2-level townhome plus finished lower level family room w/hardwood floors throughout (except lower level family room) is perfect for the night, week or month!
The main level has a new kitchen w/granite breakfast bar, custom wood cabinetry, sub-zero, Viking stove and all the necessities. Powder room, spacious living/dining room w/exposed brick, full-size pull out couch, dvd, vcr, stereo, gas fireplace overlooking the private patio w/gas grill.
The upper level has the king-size master suite w/double vanity, separate shower, large Jacuzzi tub and walk-in closet. The two guest bedrooms have their own entrances, but you must access the bath through the 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a full-size lower bed w/twin upper bed, tv and armoire for hanging clothes. The 3rd and adjacent bedroom (with private entrance) has a queen bed, dresser and closet.
The lower level has 2 chairs/ottoman's and tv.
Rental includes wireless internet throughout, a parking spot directly behind and pretty easy (free) permit street parking for additional cars.
There are numerous health clubs in the area w/parking and daily rates of about $20. Drycleaners 2 doors away, bus stops everywhere and the el is a 6 block walk. Restaurants and coffee shops on both corners. Super convenient and fun!!!
