The prestigious two-level villa has been completely renovated. It is immersed in a beautiful green garden of about 1600square meters with lawns, age-old juniper trees and even equisitely pruned plants and bushes. Some areas look exotic, whilst others boast local plants growing gracefully on the natural sand dunes. The blue of the swimming pool and of the sea enrich the overall beauty.
The villa has two bedroom suites upstairs, with a terrace and 360° views across the gulf of Spiaggiagrande to the Island of San Pietro and across the flowing countryside behide the house.
