This exquisite location wins the hearts of anyone who stays. The views across the bay at sunset are unforgettable, and the modern amenities of the villa together with the typical Mediterranean ambience make it a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation.
The prestigious two-level villa has been completely renovated. It is immersed in a beautiful green garden of about 1600 square meters with lawns, age-old juniper trees and equisitely pruned plants and bushes. Some areas look exotic, whilst others boast local plants growing gracefully on the natural sand dunes. The blue of the swimming pool and of the sea enrich the overall beauty.
The villa has two master bedroom suites upstairs, with a terrace and 360° views across the gulf of Spiaggiagrande to the Island of San Pietro and across the flowing countryside behind the house. Pretty matching Sardinian drapes and bedspreads, with Sardinian rugs make for a comfortable, home-from-home atmosphere. Each bedroom is accessible from inside or from outside, since the balcony leads to the terrace which has its own staircase down to the garden and pool area.
Downstairs, the beautiful entrance leads into the lounge and dining room where the huge windows afford a breathtaking view of the swimming pool (12m x 3.5m), the garden and the sea. This area has also been furbished with typical Sardinian handwoven curtains, rugs, and objects.
The large kitchen, refurbished in the Fall of 2008, has a beautiful open 'window' onto the dining room, so the 'cook' also feels part of the company, whilst his/her work area remains clean and private. It also has a window towards the front garden.
Two smaller bedrooms share a bathroom on this floor. There is also a small closet with the washing machine and cleaning aids, and a cupboard under the stairs for suitcases, wine etc. A large covered patio just outside the dining room offers a handy area for outside dining, a view of the pool and protection from the midday sun. A second patio near the front door affords a second choice of views for dining.
There's also a brand new two-car garage and the garden and pool are tastefully lit in the evening. The sunsets are usually red and beautiful and coincide with evening apertives... What could be more romantic!

This must be one of the most relaxing holiday niches we've ever been to (and we've travelled a lot). Also the situation of the villa, right on the white, sandy beach, gives every member of the family the liberty of coming and going without problems of transportation or waiting for others. The wind-surfing is great. The villa is a home from home, - comfortable, clean and modern - the pool is visible from most of the house and porch, and lends an additional attraction and beautiful to the scene. The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. When we manage to go, we feel we have everything we could have dreamed for - and much more.
