LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The living room features all new furnishings, including a Pottery Barn slip-covered queen sleeper sofa and two glider rocker club chairs. Curl up and watch a movie on the 42” flat panel HDTV or enjoy the beautiful ocean view while listening to the sound of the waves and the waterfall located just below the balcony.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
Come in and cook a meal (if you should want to cook) in our fully furnished kitchen. Stainless Steel Whirlpool Appliances include; self cleaning oven with smooth top range, side-by-side refrigerator with filtered ice and water in the door, ultra-quiet dishwasher and built in microwave. The kitchen also comes equipped with coffee maker, toaster, blender and garbage disposal.
MASTER BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The master bedroom features a King Size bed with a Sealy Posturpedic Pillow Top Memory Foam mattress with matching hand painted Bombay bedside chests. Decorated in a West Indies Island décor, this bedroom also features plenty of storage for everything you bring with you, a reading area and a large television that sits atop a matching media dresser with cedar lined drawers.
MASTER BATHROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The master bath features a separate vanity area with double sinks and granite countertops. Relax in the large garden tub or enjoy a shower under the extra large shower head. Large linen closet includes top of the line bath linens.
GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The guest bedroom features a Queen Size bed with a Sealy Posturpedic Pillow Top Memory Foam mattress with two high top bedside tables and wall mounted swing arm lamps on either side of the bed.
Decorated in beachside cottage theme, this room also features a 6 drawer dresser with mirror, plenty of storage and a television. This bedroom has private access to the second bathroom.

This bathroom features granite countertops, tub with shower and oversized shower head.
CUSTOM BUNK BED AREA
The unit features a custom built bunk bed area for children 5 feet or less. Both of the beds have Memory Foam mattresses.

RESORT FEATURES
Edgewater Beach Resort is a beautiful, upscale, family friendly resort with many amenities. It is the only full service resort in Panama City Beach. It is a gated resort with a controlled entrance and 24 hour security. The 110 acre resort features 11 swimming pools, including an 11,500 sq foot lagoon pool landscaped with waterfalls, palms, flowers, exotic plants and whirlpools.
There are also 11 tennis courts, 2 golf courses, restaurants on site, jet-ski rental, parasailing, sailing, exercise room, fitness center, convention center, gift shop and beauty salon. There is also a Kidz Klub which features daily activities for children including, golf lessons, tennis lessons, arts and crafts and much more. Edgewater Beach Resort has more than 1000 feet of private Gulf-front. There is a fishing pier extending in to the Gulf nearby.
The Resort is minutes from many great attractions including, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Museum, Great Seafood Restaurants, additional Golf Courses, dinner cruises and Zoo World along with many others. For your convenience there is a tram service available for transportation throughout the property.

You never have to leave the resort to have a wonderful and relaxing vacation. This condo is without a doubt the very best in Panama City. It is absolutely beautiful and I felt immediately connected to the owners. The hospitality they provide will make you feel very special. The location cannot be better because it is on the first level up and convenient to everything on the property. We will most definitely stay here again and again!

My family and I stayed in the Gardner's unit for our summer beach vacation, and we could not be more pleased. We have vacationed in PCB, and stayed at Edgewater numerous times. It had been a few years since our last stay at EBR, mostly due to the quality of the condos going down. We decided to do some research and see if we could find a renovated condo to go back. We were so excited to find Gardner's Beach Retreat, so we quickly booked! When we arrived, we could not be more pleased! WOW!!!!!! This unit is amazing! The view, the decor, the location...you cannot find a better condo at Edgewater! Susan was a dream to work with throughout the rental process, which made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing! We are already ready to book again for next year!!

Wanted to thank the Gardner family for the time we spent in their wonderful condo!! The decor and amenities were fabulous! Everyone that came in for a visit commented on how nice it was and wondered how we got such a nice unit. Most of our friends rented directly from Edgewater and were not as pleased with their units. Rent this unit..you will not be sorry!!!!

Our stay at this condo could not have been better. Everything inside was brand new and the view is spectacular. The condo is on the first floor so there is easy access to everything in the resort with just a short walk. I couldnt imagine staying anywhere else in PCB. My wife and i will stay there again and again.

I have stayed at other condo's at Edgewater, and always enjoyed them. This condo was in need of cleaning, exterminating, and repairs! First of all, they have huge roaches. They were literally crawling up the wall beside the bed at night. The toilets were supposed to be clean according to the maid but had not been cleaned under the rim. There was what looked like pet vomit or feces on the patio. That is if you could open the sliding door to get there! The door was so hard to open. It would not slide. The shower drains do not drain. You can not take a shower without the water coming up to your knees unless you have no water pressure. I worked hard and paid a lot to have a nice time and this was the worst condo I have ever stayed in. There are lots of nice condos. at Edgewater...don't let the pictures fool you on this one. It was filthy!!!
Owner response:In Feb. 09 we purchased our condo at Edgewater. We spent a great deal of money and completely renovated the unit making it one of the nicest and most desirable on the beach. Since that time approximately 50 families have chosen to rent and stay in our "home on the beach". Forty nine of the 50 have said nothing but positive and complimentary comments about our condo and their stay there. However "one" of the 50 chose top be very critical and say negative things about the unit apparently in an effort to force us to refund a portion or all the rental fee. We did not yield to their "strong arm" tactics and as a result those tenants wrote the very critical and untrue comments recorded on our VRBO site.
