(plus $65 clean up fee) This recently updated condo is located in a large resort across the street from the beach on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach. The resort offers four Swimming Pools, a kiddie pool, whirlpool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, shuffleboard, mini-golf, and a play area for children. This unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, along with all the amenities of home. This is also a gated community with security for your added protection. Visitors must check-in at the security office for a parking pass. ADDITONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: * No Smoking. * Rentals are normally from Saturday after 2:00 pm until the following Saturday at 10:00 am. Please check with owner for changes to the check-in and check-out times. * Dates available: Please see our calendar. * We can accept VISA and Mastercard through PayPal, subject to an additional 4% service charge.

Rentals are from Saturday after 2:00 pm until the next Saturday 10:00 am.
This unit is rented by the week only during the Spring and Summer.
Cleaning Fee of $65 IS NOT included in the weekly rental rate.
Deposit of $150 is NOT included in the weekly rental rate.
