Just remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, plus new tile and carpet. This condo is located in a large resort across the street from the beach on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach. The resort offers four Swimming Pools, a kiddie pool, whirlpool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, shuffleboard, mini-golf, and a play area for children.
This unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, along with all the amenities of home. This is also a gated community with security for your added protection. Visitors must check-in at the security office for a parking pass.
ADDITONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* No Smoking.
* Rentals are normally from Saturday after 2:00 pm until the following Saturday at 10:00 am. Please check with owner for changes to the check-in and check-out times.

* We can accept VISA and Mastercard through PayPal, subject to an additional 4% service charge.
REFUND POLICY: Deposits are 100% refundable 30 days or more from arrival. Cancellations made 15 - 30 days prior to arrival are refunded at 50%. Cancellations received less than 15 days from reserved time are NOT REFUNDABLE, however, the deposit can be applied to another week within in the next 365 days.

We just scheduled our 4th vacation down to the condo. It's always clean, has plenty of room for the entire family. We love that we have a full kitchen for cooking meals while we are there and the washer and dryer have been a blessing! The location allows for us to take our time and go out front beach road or hit back beach if we want to move faster. The complex has nice swimming pools that are kept clean. We can't say enough good things about staying in the Mollica's condo! Angela & Bill from Flowery Branch, GA

My family loved staying in the unit. It's right in the middle and Horizon South is a great resort with all the amenities. I can't wait to go back next summer

The condo is very spacious and has recently been updated. It was also well maintained. The pools and tennis courts are great. The owners couldn't have been more accomodating for us. Will definitely stay with them again.
