Our 14th floor east end condo #1401 has 9 ft ceilings, 1950 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath with a 802 sq ft wrap balcony. The tiled balcony is one of the largest on the beach and has the most beautiful view from the east end of the building. It allows one to see the jetties, Shell Island, the state park and the pass where fishing boats can be viewed coming in and out during the day. The balcony provides marine life viewing such as sea turtles, dolphins, sting rays, and all different types of fish.
Our condo is professional decorated and has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking. The living area and all bedrooms contain HDTV and DVD players. Free high speed internet included. Two convertible beds are furnished for extra guest. In the laundry room, we have full size washer and dryer along with a free standing ice machine.
The master bedroom is Gulf front with a door to the balcony. The room features a king size bed, end tables, chest with mirror, and full size armoire. The guest bedroom has a king size bed, with end table and chest. The third guest bedroom features a unique West Indies hemp rope queen size bed, chest and end table. Both bedrooms open onto a back balcony with a view of the bays and a private sitting area. Guest rooms have separate entrances to the bath.
In our condo complex, you will enjoy the secure covered parking garage with five separate covered walkovers and four high speed elevators. We offer a fitness room with an ocean view, a game room for children and teenagers. We have in-house security available by phone.
The tropical beach front pool area contains a 120 ft long heated pool, separate children's pool, lounges, deck chairs and gazebos. Step down to the 420 feet white sand beach on the emerald waters which offers para sailing, windsurfing, jet skis, and banana boats along with the beautiful sunshine.
We are located on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive near the ST Andrews State Park, and within easy walking distance to Schooners, Montego Bay, and Scampi's restaurants.
