The location is quiet but yet central to many of the tourist sites. UBC is 5 min away and 10 min will take you to the beaches, 15 min to downtown. A discount of 10% applies for weekly accommodation and 20% discount for monthly accommodation. The room has private bathroom and the interior has been redecorated by award winning designer Mila Djuras. There is a large social area for guests that includes a full kitchen, dining area and lounge. Free on site laundry facilities included. High speed internet, phone with free local calls and full or healthy heart breakfast are some of the amenities. The private garden has sunny or shady spaces to relax or read.
