This "Gulf Front" condo is located on the beach and faces directly onto the Gulf and white sand beaches. Professionally decorated and frequently requested, this gulf front, gold rated condo overlooks white sand and emerald water from the living room, dining room and kitchen. The condo has wireless high speed internet service and 2 flat screen TV's (46" Sony in the living room and 20" in the bedroom) with DVD players in each room.
The kitchen has granite countertops, new contemporary lighting and bar seating for 2, while the dining room has seating for 4. In the master bedroom is a king size bed. There's a new queen size convertible bed in the living room. All furniture throughout the condo has been recently installed. The balcony is perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets, or a school of dolphins swimming by. The bathrooms have been professionally remodeled with fashionable vessel bowl sinks, lighting, faucets and mirrors. There is onsite access to maintenance assistance through Sundestin should the need arise.

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary in this condo, and we absolutely LOVED it! The condo itself is just as lovely as the pictures represent, and the decor was fabulous. It was very clean and well-kept. The location was perfect; not only is this condo beachfront with breathtaking views, but is located near many grocery stores and restaurants. The owners were very friendly and accomodating to us, and we are so thankful we were able to spend our anniversary in their wonderful condo! I would recomment this unit 100% to anyone interested! We were able to rest and relax even more than we planned! We enjoyed our stay even more than we can express. We definitely plan to return to Destin and stay in this condo in the future!

We stayed 3 nights in Oct. 2009 and had such a wonderful time that we are going back for 4 nights in Oct. 2010. We have stayed in many units in Destin and Panama City Beach over the years but this is the first one we have ever returned to. It is beautifully decorated and has a gourgeous view of the beach. We also enjoyed having a small store, restaurant, and free movie rentals on site. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions we had before we arrived.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
