All landscaping is tropical and beach accessories are included plus fishing rods and tackle. You can even take a bike ride on Gulf Blvd on our complimentary bicycles. Outside patios, grills, tiki-huts and more.
For your convenience the Suncoast Trolley stop is at your door step which for one low fare you can visit all the beaches from Clearwater to St. Petersburg.

Why the Owner Chose Indian Rocks Beach
I chose to purchase this property in Indian Rocks Beach because I like the smaller towns. It is very quaint & bright, still has that old Florida feel. Lots to do & see without all the hustle & bustle of the larger beach communities. A lot of very friendly & interesting people. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants, fishing, boating, etc... The bonus is...all the other beaches are a drive away if you do want to enjoy some of the hustle & bustle!

Great menu, including smoked meats. Lots of TV's for you sport fans! The Bartenders & servers are great! I love the Clams in White Wine Garlic Sauce! Definitely worth a visit!
