This large comfortable split level house will immediately feel like your home away from home. It is ready to be enjoyed by families or groups. Nicely furnished and fully equipped, it will accommodate from 2 to 12 people making it also suitable for small retreats.
A full kitchen, dining area, and living room with a gas fireplace are on the upper level. The house features 4 large bedrooms and two baths. Additional sleeping space can be found in the family room on the lower level, which also has a free standing gas stove, a workout area, and a large table for games, meetings, etc.
The beautiful park like setting, proximity to services, and the many area attractions make it a very appealing place to stay. The bluff, a few minutes from the back door, is a great place to sit with binoculars and enjoy the wildlife refuge below.
The home is available for rent through the winter from Sept to May at a very reduced rate.

Year Purchased: 2007
We purchased the house because we love the beautiful location and the area. We wanted a gathering place for family members to meet and enjoy each other and have
lots of activities close at hand. The upstairs services the adults and the downstairs happily provides for the children.
The adults can enjoy the vibrating chairs, exercise equipment, tv , and games in the
downstairs area. The tv and music and video is fun, too.
There is a computer and printer setup with a Lynxsis to provited computer service to
personal computers wirelessly in other places in our home.
We have had some beautiful homes in our 80 years, but this one is definitely the most
beautiful....restful....peaceful...comfortable...I love it.
