Room Service is available and there are three Restaurants on the Resort.
For your consideration please review this Luxury King Loft at beautiful Lake Lawn Resort. This is a second floor Loft condo directly on the lakefront. There are a number of buildings in the Lake Lawn Resort and our condo unit is located in the Norwood Lodge Building which is directly on the lakefront. The units sliding glass doors offer a direct full view of Lake Delavan and is one of if not the closest condo unit adjacent to the waterfront. Two rocking chairs on the open air balcony offer you and your guest a peaceful and serene space to relax and enjoy the waterfront experience. Once you sit down out there, you won't want to leave.
Our comfortable, oversized Luxury Lodge Loft sleep 4-6 people and are perfect for families or large groups. This unique floor plan provides plenty of room and one King on the main level with two twin beds on the second level loft and a queen sized pull-out sofa sleeper. There is also a sitting area on the main floor with a desk and internet connection. This Luxury Lodge room also features a stone electric fireplace which provides heat and excellent in room ambiance.
The main floor bathroom features granite counter tops, rustic lighting, a rain shower head and soaker tub. A second bathroom with a shower is available for your guests on the second floor.
The King Luxury Lodge Loft features a private scenic balcony with rocking chairs and the best view of Lake Delavan of any room in the lodge. You will be seated on the second floor balcony about 50 feet from the shores of Lake Delavan. The room offers lodge style furniture and fabrics, three hundred thread count linens, deluxe granite bathrooms with spa products, high speed wireless internet access, and a 32 inch LCD flat screen TV/entertainment center on the first level and a 27" flat screen TV on the second level equipped with our LodgeNet system providing resort information, on-demand movies and Nintendo games on pay per view and convenient remote check-out.
The room features essentials like voicemail cordless phone, iron and ironing board, full enlarged size bathroom, room service and our other high-end amenities for accommodations at the Lake Lawn Resort. For your convenience a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker are provided. For your safety you will find a safe in the full size first floor closet.
All Luxury Lodge Accommodations are non-smoking. Lake Lawn Lodge has two pools. One indoor and another one outdoors directly on the lakefront. The outdoor pool is close the Hotel bar and also has an outdoor food service. You can rent a pontoon, boat or watercraft directly at the lodge. Lake Lawn also has a Marina where you can launch your boat or Wave Runners. The grounds have many outdoor amenities including a sand volleyball court, lake front picnic area and mini golf. Of course you can also play 18 holes at the Lake Lawn Champiionship size golf course. Lake Lawn always has something happening for guests to make your stay rememorable.

Why the Owner Chose Delavan
We purchased this property as an investment. Lake Lawn Lodge was completely refurbished and there are master plans to add Wisconsin's largest water park. The Lodge is beautiful and it offers many additional amenities that any family can enjoy. We also extend weeklong stays to our employees who reach milestones with our company. This particular condo has spectacular views of Lake Delavan and is a peaceful getaway from the daily grind.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo Hotel
We love the restaurants and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The golf course is beautiful and the kids love the pool that they can use during the cold weather. Lake Lawn has historical significance and its just a wonderful place to vacation or just get away for a few days. Our Luxury King Lodge offers the ability for a family with children to enjoy a spacious room so everyone can enjoy their time at the lake. This condo is one fo the larger Lofts and was the model for the condos when they were for sale. This one has a beautiful fireplace on a cobblestone wall adjacent to the slider that leads to the lake view balcony. This room is the closest to the water that you can get at Lake Lawn, (without falling in).

We love Lake Delavan and we own another property on Lake Delavan and also have a Lake House that is listed here on VRBO. We live in Illinois but love the Lake Delavan area. We have two daughters and the short drive is the perfect getaway for us to spend time as a family.
