Our condominium is located within easy walking distance of Jackson Hole Arial Tram and lifts, a real ski in and ski out to the doorstep.
Rental fee includes free access to Sundance Tennis and Swim Club with its outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, a children pool, lockers, showers, lounges, picnic area and tennis courts and jacuzzi, just a short distance down the road.
The local eating places are excellent and there's a lot of fun shopping in the Village stores. Buses run frequently from Teton Village to the town of Jackson Hole where you'll find night life, good restaurants, museums, hotels and motels and shopping, just minutes away. For a fun day, plan a trip through Grand Teton National Park or Yellowstone National Park, located about a half hour away.
In the winter time you can rent snowmobiles and see the parks the way nature intended. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing are very popular. There are many trails around the Village and Grand Teton National Park. For summer activities, the Snake River is famous for its' white water rafting. The "U-Paddle" is definitely the most fun. There is a age limit on children so check with the company before making reservations. The "scenic" part of the Snake is for everyone. On it, you'll see beaver, osprey, eagles and occasionally, a moose along the banks.
There is hiking, biking, boating, backpacking, horseback riding and swimming to recreate.
One more "not to miss" thing, is to take in a night of entertainment and dinner at the Bar-J Ranch, located on the Teton Village road. The Wranglers do a great job of singing western music and the food is "chuck-wagon dining" at its best. Reservation needed.

Year Purchased: 1987
My husband and I both grew up in Utah. We liked to ski, snowmobile and camp outdoors. My husband flies his own airplane and enjoys going different places in it. We are a very active family and needed some place that offered a variety of things to do. The Jackson Hole area was the answer.
Why the Owner Chose Teton Village
Teton Village was in its' beginning stages when we discovered it. The condo that we bought was still being built and the area was quite primitive, but we liked it for that reason; it was a new resort, it had great potential and we loved the "old west" atmosphere.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
There is a "property management" that take care of the entire place, winter and summer. Someone is always on call if anything goes wrong. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful and they respect your privacy.

I rented this condo for a week in mid-February with two other members of my family. It is all that is advertised and much more! The house itself is spacious and extremely comfortable. The Jackson Hole tram base is only a short walk and we were able to come home for lunch every day. The shops, restaurants and bars of Teton Village are also only a short walk from the condo. In addition, guests are able to use the Sundance tennis and swim club. It's a bit of a longer walk -- maybe 5-10 minutes, but well worth it. The club has an outdoor heated pool and two hot tubs. The staff are very friendly and will keep your beer cold for you, while giving you plastic cups to use at the hot tubs. There are also locker rooms with showers. My family had a fantastic time, and Janica, the owner, was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I would certainly rent this place again.

What a wonderful way to wrap up an extended vacation! The condo was just as described. Very comfortable and relaxing. Perfect for families needing a home away from home. Walking distance to the tram, numerous eating establishments including Mangy Moose, plus swimming and tennis. Janica (owner) answered all of our questions and was very helpfull in making our experience a pleasant one. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a warm and stress free place to enjoy Teton Village and the Jackson area.

My wife and 1-year old daughter spent five nights in Jackson Hole this past winter and had a great time. The condo was very accommodating and ideally located just a short walk to the base area of the resort. The size of the condo is perfect for families and the price can't be beat for being so close to all the action. The owner was very responsive to my requests and helped ensure a smooth, trouble-free vacation. I would absolutely recommend this condo!
