This unit is away from all the ground noise but plenty close enough to hear the comforting sounds of the waves as they roll up on shore. Spacious accommodations are provided with approximately 1370 sq ft of living area. The condo offers a large master bedroom facing the ocean. Let the king size bed consume you and wake up refreshed as you pamper yourself in the oversized walk-in shower with double heads. A queen size bed is provided in the second bedroom with all the comforts of home. A bunk closet unique to Treasure Island and convertible sofa offers sleeping comfort for four more guests.

The condo is fully furnished and has been professionally decorated. Once you park you will never have to get back into your car and you won’t want to. Several notable restaurants are within walking distance and enjoy live music and entertainment at one of the local favorites; Schooner’s on the Beach.
Treasure Island is away from all the heavy traffic areas. If you have ever been to PCB during the peak time you know how traffic can come to a grinding halt on Front Beach Road. Thomas Drive is peaceful and if you want to get away from it all, this is the place. The high rise itself is relatively new, having been constructed in 2005. Cap this all off with a large balcony with a spectacular view. Book today and enjoy spacious accommodations with plenty of amenities.
A reserved parking space for all guests of this unit resides on the third story of the parking garage close to the elevators.
Treasure Island now requires all occupants to register at the front office to get their parking pass and pool bands. This is a $20 fee paid directly to Treasure Island. It is for the safety of all our guests to ensure that our parking deck is occupied only by paying guests
Smoking is not permitted in the condo with the exception of the balcony. No pets are allowed.

This is the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in! It far exceeded our expectations, the pictures are accurate but don't do it justice, it is far more fabulous than the pictures. I not only want to visit again, but now want to redecorate my house. It was super clean, well stocked with everything you need for cooking, laundering, etc.and so relaxing. The view from the balcony was unbelievable. We had an upfront seat for the New Year's Eve fireworks that were on the beach. The weather was amazing for December/January and we could get in the heated outdoor pool a couple of days. From here, you can spend time on the beach and can even walk to the pier and the state park. We also ate at Scampi's a couple of times (good food, well priced, and across the street), and drove to Pier Park for shopping. The owner was so kind and easy to work with, we had many emailed conversations and one on the phone-he was fabulous. I would only stay here on a return trip to Panama-no where else could possibly be as wonderful!

We just got back yesterday and miss it already. This condo is beautifully furnished, clean, and has every amenity you could ask for. This was our first time staying here and will not be the last. There were 5 adults, all old high school friends and we had a wonderful time, with plenty of room for all of us. The beach couldn't have been anymore clear and pristine, and the best part is I think this condo is the closest to the beach out of any we have ever stayed in the past years. If you are considering a nice place to stay on the beach this will be the condo for you. Thank you for the opportunity of letting us rent your beautiful, well kept condo.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. It is well decorated, clean and in a great location. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included, many beach activities available and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We plan to come back again next year, if we can wait that long. Ron and Myra

Our most recent stay was Fall of 2010, but we have stayed here twice before (Spring of 2009 and Summer of 2009). We are a family of four with 2 younger children (ages 8 and 10) and love this condo and location. We feel this is a hidden gem and can't be beat for the price and location. We used to stay in Destin, but actually prefer Panama City now that we know the area attractions and restaurants. The ocean view is great and the condo is well decorated and laid out. I have stayed at numerous places in Northwest Florida and Coastal Alabama over the years, but this is the only place I have returned to multiple times. We will continue to make this our beach destination.

We stayed here with our friends in 2009, and it was a great condo. Beautifully decorated, could sleep up to 8. Had everything you could need in the kitchen, so only need to bring food & drink. Beautiful views of the ocean, we got some great pictures. Has shops & restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.
