The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The Bogue Sound is just feet away, perfect for kayaking, fishing, sailing and water play. The ocean is a quick walk away, and you can enjoy pools on both the sound and ocean sides. Great seafood nearby. Our favorites include Amos Mosquitos, The Ice House in Swansboro, Big Oak Drive In, Kathryn's and McCurdy's. Big Oak has good barbecue, burgers and shrimp burgers. The Ice House has the best crab dip around.
Kids love to fish and crab from the long pier. You also can tie up rented wave runners and boats here during the day.

I wanted a long weekend at the beach for my birthday. We found this one and had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and is equipped with anything you would need. Our daughter, son, his wife and our grandchild spent the weekend with us and we had plenty of room. We used the pools on the soundside and oceanside and even walked the beach. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We would definately stay here again.

This condo made our stay here in Emerald Isle/Indian Beach. The condo's location in the complex was perfect. We had a great view and just a few steps to the soundside dock with wonderful sunsets. It is also located close to the soundside pool which is hardly ever crowded. The condo is larger than it appears in pictures and there was plenty of room for everyone during movie nights. Short drive to Emerald Isle or Atlantic Beach. We had two local grocery stores very close by in either direction. We would definately stay here again!

The condo was very clean and contained everything we needed for our stay. This is a good facility in general. It appears to be one of the nicer condo facilities in the area. The location is only a few miles to both Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle. The unit is located directly on the sound and ocean beach access is pretty easy since the banks are narrow at this point. There's even a shuttle if you can't walk the few hundred yards to the beach. John, the owner, was easy to work with and quite accommodating. You would pay more per night for a good hotel room but not have nearly the amenities offered in this unit.

We had a wonderful week at your condo. The unit was extremely clean and very comfortable for our family of 4. The location on the sound was perfect as it provided quick access to the pool, pier, and gym. Just a short walk or drive to the beach parking area. We highly recommend this location and condo to anyone looking for a relaxing time at the beach without all the traffic and crowds of the outer banks beaches. There are plenty of great restaurants, activities, and a 2 excellent lighted clay tennis courts on site. Communication with the owner was outstanding. We plan on staying here again. Thanks very much.

This condo was perfect! I went for a girls get away and we had a wonderful time! Everything was so cute and clean. Plenty of room for the 6 of us!! We will be staying here again!
