Wailea is one of the most desirable places to live in the Hawaiian Islands as the vegetation growth and weather is exceptional. This Condo is close to all amenities, beaches and 5 -10 minute drive to the best golf on the Island. This location is very secure and a safe holiday place for all families. The drive from the airport with the new highway will bring you to your Maui paradise with only a 20-30 minute drive.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The biggest benefit is ability to use a gas grill where most places will not allow outdoor cooking. We enjoy the outdoor entertaining and with a pass through window from the kitchen to the Lanai sure make entertaining much easier especially at clean up or mixing cocktails. Minutes away from most amenities is important to us as we come to relax in Maui not spend time getting to certain destinations. A beach just minutes away walking distance allows us to enjoy the sunset every night.

We arrived in Maui 20 years ago and fell in love and then fell in love with Maui. Since then, we have 3 children and decided to bring them to Maui at a young age and they to have fallen in love with Maui. After all the years of going to Maui and being particular as to where to buy, we found the "PLACE" . It was like discovering the "Chevy Chase Christmas Tree" as it glowed in front of us and we decided to put our permanent footprint on Maui. We spend approximately 6-10 weeks at our paradise with friends coming and going. It is very easy to go to Maui but it is very difficult to part ways from this beautiful island>

We had a wonderful time. We appreciated the cot for my daughter, which allowed everyone to have their own bed. The kitchen is so well stocked-it was a pleasure to stay in and cook dinner. We ate almost all of our meals at the condo - the lanai is huge and allowed for comfortable outdoor dining on the lanai. Although it is a tight fit for 6, as long as one is willing to sleep on a cot, all can be accomodated! The property was very clean, and the owner was very responsive and always available to answer questions. One of the main advantages of this condo, is dealing directly with the owner, not with a rental agency. I would reccomend this property to friends. It is not on the beach, but a short walk gets you to a beautiful beach, and other beautiful beaches are a short drive away. We loved Big Beach and went there frequently. Also loved the Monkey Pod restaurant - and the Cinnamon Roll Place in Kihei. Would definitely return to this locale.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. First time to Maui for my husband but it won't be the last. The laidback life style is a great way to wind down & enjoy ones vacation. The location is peaceful , the complex is clean & very quiet, but you are just minutes from the nightlife if you desire! The choices of resturants is great & a scenic drive to many nearby beaches. We hope to return again in the near future.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

This was my first visit to Maui and I had an incredible time thanks mostly in part to the great accomodations provided. The condo was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fun to cook in, and the deck was awesome for bar-b-cue with a great seating area for eating and socializing. I really liked the fact that the condo was close to the beach and really easy walking distance to everything. The pool area was so nice and I spent more time looking at the ocean than I did swimming. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to just wants to have a really nice, classy and relaxing vaction.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

Beautiful place, great location but misleading ad. The ad states air conditioning but that is for the Master bedroom only. Sleeping on the roll out in the main room was too warm and uncomfortable for other guests. Owner stated that " this is the way all the units are " when I complained afterward. How would I know how the other units are when I have never stayed in the complex? Great place for a couple but not suitable for any additional guests. Owner felt no responsibility to make it right for my additional guests who struggled to sleep for the 10 days we were there.
