It is located in the Cypress Cove section of Grandezza, an award winning gated and guarded community, 10 minutes from the airport.

Great shopping is available within walking distance at Miromar Outlet Mall, and 10 minutes driving takes you to Coconut Point Mall or Gulf Coast Town Centre. Naples is only 15 miles away, and superb restaurants abound. Public and state beach parks are also nearby.

The house is on an oversized lot and affords excellent privacy. It has a direct westerly aspect for sun all day long whilst you relax in the 30 ft heated swimming pool or jacuzzi. It overlooks a lake and then the 14th tee of the golf course. In the evening, experience beautiful sunsets, and then enjoy your pina colada or martini on the large lanai with illuminated palm trees, whilst listening to the surround sound system.

Grandezza has a fabulous Tuscany style club house and transferring to the full golf membership gives you unlimited access to the championship golf course, driving range, 6 Har-tru tennis courts, fitness centre, etc.

The owners will provide you with a portfolio of their personal favorites of restaurants, sightseeing, and attractions, and should any problems arise, there is a concierge service on hand.
