  Location! Location! Location! We enjoyed this part of the condo best because it is just 2 blocks from the heart of downtown Saugatuck, an easy walk.  The owner was very easy to reach and helped us with pressing issues.  The size of the unit was perfect for two of us and the bathroom was nicely redone.  The accommodations satisfied most of our needs.   There were, however, several things that were lacking.  First, the unit advertised was not the unit we got.  After we signed the contract we noticed that it was an upstairs unit and not the garden unit with a screened porch but the balcony was very pleasant to enjoy.  Second, the bed was well worn and not comfortable. Third, the kitchen lacked sufficient cooking utensils and there were no dish cloths.  Fourth, there was only one wash cloth in the unit for our 5-day stay.  Fifth, we were told there were cable TV problems but there wasn't a cable connection even available in the unit.  Finally, it was very hot the day we arrived so we turned on the air conditioner and it wasn't sufficient enough to cool the rest of the condo through the night.

  Owner response: We immediately investigated the concerns of our guest. We have three sponges which we find more acceptable then dish cloths and we found all the equipment in place. We do not have a large variety of utensils however we ourselves cook and found everything we needed. We ourselves tried the bed and asked two other guests and none of us found it uncomfortable or worn. It was purchased new. We do not advertise a TV but we do have a DVD-TV available with some movies and this is clearly mentioned in our cover letter to our guests.The AC unit brings the temperature down from 105 F outside to a 80 F inside. At normal summer temperatures of 80 -90 it is very comfortable. However, if these high temperatures become more frequent we will add another AC unit.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean, darling place which was within two blocks of everything. The pictues accurately reflect the appearance. The owner was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. We loved the shops are enjoyed dinner and the band outside at the Butler restaurent right on the water. We hope to return next year or a longer stay at this place!! Thank you to the owners for allowing us this place to stay!!

  We stayed here over Memorial Weekend. It was super clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there for us and it was SO close to downtown, but had a nice secluded feeling. I loved the garden area and the screened in porch for our morning coffee. We absolutely LOVED it here! Will definitely be back. This was the perfect condo for our vacation.

  My family of 4 (2 kids ages 5 and 6 months) stayed here for a week. The location cannot get any better! We were close to all of our family that was also staying in Saugatuck for the week, and we love being able to just walk to downtown. The condo was perfect for us this year, and the screened in porch was great for us when the kids were asleep. Selim is great to work with and very friendly! The condo was clean and had all the linens that we needed for the week. Great place to stay for a couple or young family!!!!

  I stayed at this property with my wife and two small children and had a terrific time! The location to town was perfect (3 blocks), and the fact that there is a screened in porch to hang out in at night after the kids are asleep, was perfect! We loved Saugatuck and we loved this property!

  We made a last-minute decision to escape to Saugatuck for three days during the week. We found the owner very easy to work with and were very pleased with the accommodations. It was perfect place for my wife and I to escape to, a cozy, comfortable place with a quiet backyard. The place is somewhat old and worn but clean. We greatly appreciated access to the washer & dryer. (Somebody even folded our laundry when we left it in the dryer.) It was two blocks to the downtown, easy to walk to but away from the traffic and noise. Upon arriving Monday afternoon we noticed that the A/C unit was installed in the living room window instead of the bedroom as advertised. We called the on-site maintenance man and left a voice mail asking if it could be moved. By the time we got back from dinner, a new A/C unit had been installed in the bedroom allowing my wife to sleep more comfortably. The maintenance man then stopped by to see if we were comfortable and if we needed anything else. The only adjustment we had to make was when we realized the bed in the bedroom was only a full-size; we were expecting a queen-sized bed. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

  Hi Selim, We are having a great time here in Saugatuck! Your place is very nice, and we are enjoying the sunroom, backyard, and grill. We are having such a pleasant time, but it is going so quickly since we could only get here very late Monday night and will leave tomorrow morning. Basically only three quick days, Tuesday through Thursday. So we are considering staying an extra night if no one else is planning to come this weekend. Is Friday night available?
