Singer Island Condo

This property/condo is more than what we had hoped it would be and then some. The condo is spacious & beautiful with a great view on the balcony of the ocean along with the sounds of the waves coming in. We cannot think of anything that was missing, The owner was very gracious and accommodating. We would defintely recommend this property to anyone with or without children. We have aready reserved next year's vacation for this same condo. It was alot of fun for the children on the beach and/or at the 2 pools available. There is a "kids zone" which had activities going on all the time if they wanted to participate. For us adults it was nothing but enjoyable and relaxing. Employees of this resort were extremely friendly,helpful and customer service oriented. Singer Island is a beautiful area with many restaurants within about 10 minute ride. The main restaurant within the resort was nothing but delicious and the pool side meals were very tasty, the children really enjoyed their pizza served on the beach. All in all, it was a vacation that will be remembered and one we are looking forward to again next year!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

I typically do a lot of research before booking any vacation rental, often to the extent of analysis paralysis. I didnt have the time on this very last minute getaway (sent an inquiry late wed night - got a reply from Rhonda thur morning - officially booked it Thur afternoon - flew down early saturday morning), so was delighted to quickly discover that I could not have come up with a more ideal place for the relaxing weekend we were looking for, if i had had weeks to investigate. The pictures on the site do not do the condo justice - designer gorgeous, immaculately clean, full amentities, wonderful huge bath rooms with jacuzzi and huge shower. The views from both bedrooms are magnificent - the beds and pillows are amazingly comfortablee. We loved the balcony - it faces north and Singer Island is narrow, so you have full gorgeous views of both the intercoastal and ocean. It also overlooks a state beach, so the next building is good long distance away and you look down upon a large lot of beautiful foilage and shrubbery and then beach (versus the south facing side of the complex, which overlooks the pool and then a large ugly dirt lot between the marriot and the neary hilton hotel next door). Watching the blues and pinks and changing colors of the sky each night as the sunset was spectacular. And on Sunday we just swivelled the huge living room flat screen a bit so we could watch the football games from the balcony, while enjoying the views between plays. It is apparently the off season, so the beach and pool were practically deserted, espeically during the week when we had the pool to oursevles. Rhonda the owner could not have been more flexible and accomodating in making this very last minute trip a reality for us - she was terrific! We plan to make this a sept get-away every year - if we can wait that long!
