This beautiful 5 bedroom 3 bath, 3,100 square foot home is welcoming to any group. With 140 feet of waterfront you can fish, ski, and swim right from the backyard, dock, and retaining wall. The backyard has plenty of area for sitting, eating, or playing your favorite games.
CCC's provides two master suites with king size beds in both. There are 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom and 1 queen in the 4th. The 5th bedroom comes with a single daybed and a single fold out sofa. This layout allows 12 people to be in beds. For the larger groups a King and Queen size blowup can be provided.
You'll definitely enjoy all that New Braunfels, Gruene, and the Hill Country have to offer. The Guadalupe and Comal Rivers are great places to float and hang out!

hey this place is superb, not only is the accomodation great (just as pictured and described) but the choice of fun filled days is fantastic, from lazy days floating on the river 20 yards from the house, to jet ski on the same stretch of water, to ishing, visiting and floating down the quadelupe, or relaxing in the hot tub after a busy, fun, day. Bar-b queing, in the best company (your family and friends) is fantastic. I would recommend this location, well, to everybody... go here and have some great memories.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had a wonderful time staying @ the Cowboy Country Club. We were pleased to find that the photos on the web were an accurate depiction of the actual property. The backyard was a great place to hang out with the family---hottub, barbecuing, swimming, and jet skiing. Our group of 12 was very comfortable with the accomodations and had room to spare. I would highly reccommend this property to anyone! Fun right at your backdoor with all the comforts of home.

It doesn't matter what you call it, it is simply a fun place to stay. Several family members and I stayed at this comfortable house for 4 days last summer. If you have a group of family members/friends and like fun on and around the water, and like all of the comforts of home including back yard barbqueing, then this place would be hard to beat. Our family members enjoyed the stay very much, we were all able to spend our time together rather than all being stuck in seperate hotel rooms for our stay. I definitely reccommend this place and look forward to having a family get together in the future there.

My friends and their children and I stayed at Cowboy Country Club for a fun-filled weekend. The location on the Guadalupe River was perfect. The house nicely accommodated all 19 of us. Although it was hot during the day (August), the dock was wonderful in the morning and evening times. I would recommend Cowboy Country Club to anyone.

The Cowboy Country Club was a great place for our family get-a-way. There is plenty of room to spread out and a very comfortable atmosphere. Being right out on the lake doesn't get better and the view is very relaxing. I'd strongly recommend this house to anyone looking in the area!
