Come and enjoy our place at the beach. 507 Sands Beach Club. Top floor of 5 story condo. Sit on our deck and see the beach and the inland swash as the tide rolls in and out.
Walk to beach in 2 minutes. Wide beach that has just had the sand renewed with lots of places for kids to run ,play in the sand and search for shells. Condo has a closet full of stuff that you are free to use including beach chairs, umbrellas, kites, sand pails, beach towels, tennis rackets and bogey board. Kitchen is fully equipped including blender, toaster and lots of extra dishes. Flat screen TV in living room with DVD player and DVD movies.
Cabinet full of puzzles, games, books. Quieter part of Myrtle Beach so you will have plenty of space to spread out on the beach in the summer. Close to highway 17 and Barefoot Landing, outlet malls, grocery stores and plenty of golf courses. Complex includes tennis courts, basketball courts, gym, 1 indoor pool with hot tub and 2 outdoor pools (one just below our deck). Covered parking available.
We own this unit but rent through a rental agency in Myrtle. We can set our own rates for owner referrals and are below their rates. You also don't have to pay a registration fee. Just rate plus 12%. It will save you some cash. We aren't associated with the main desk at Sands Beach Club.All concerns should be directed to Myrtle Beach Vacation Rentals.
Also, have a unit at Boardwalk. It is 538 and it a 1 bedroom, 1 bath oceanfront unit.It sleeps 8 as it has 2 queens in bedroom and murphy bed and sleeper sofa in living room. You can see this unit by emailing me and I will send you some photos and how to check for prices on their site. The prices are the ones seen at the site. Can give you exact price if you give me week that you want.

Massachusetts couple with plans to retire to Myrtle Beach in the next few years. This is our place on the beach which we rent when we aren't there.We try and rent at a reasonable price so everyone can enjoy Myrtle Beach like we do. No registration fees or security deposit except with monthly rentals. Give us a try!
Why the Owner Chose Sands Beach Club
No snow. Moderate weather most of the year. I love the beach and my husband loves to place golf and this is the place to do them both. Reasonable costs to live here. Cheap flights from Boston on Spirit Airlines

Close to everything but quiet and out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the busier part of Myrtle Beach. Best beach in Myrtle Beach. Close to lots of places to eat and shop

Our first trip to Myrtle Beach. We found this room to be very clean and neet with nice space to spread out. Balcony is a little small, and the view is fair, the pictures are pretty accurate. Owner was quick to respond with an issue on codes for fitness room. Myrtle Beach Vacation Rentals is a little difficult to find and a bit out of the way to pick up and return keys. Would be more convenient if on site. Good value for the price.
Owner response:The reason we use Myrtle Beach Vacation rentals is they allow us to set owners prices so that we can charge less than they would charge. Few agencies allow this. we live in Mass so we need someone there to handle rentals. Hopefully in a few years, we will be able to live there and do our own rentals. Rental company has just moved down the street from unit so much easier to get keys etc
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My wife and I spent the month of March 2010 at this property and were well satisfied with the accommodations. The unit is clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. It met all our needs for an extended stay. The owners were very helpful. They responded immediately to our original request for information and quickly provided additional information as needed. The unit is well located, with nice views of the swash and the ocean. The beach was great for walking and running, and the resort has good amenities. Overall, the resort has a great location; it is close to all necessities and has decent restaurants and lounges nearby but is nicely removed from the more heavily used areas of Myrtle Beach. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this unit and would use it for another winter vacation if the opportunity arises. Thanks to Betsy and Norm for being such pleasant hosts.
