Super Spacious with Ocean Views and Steps from the Beach - Enormous 4,600 square foot luxury vacation villa, with 8 bedrooms and 8 baths.
Settle in for a relaxing stay while enjoying clean, comfortable accommodations. The Atlantic Breeze is the area's best selection for year-round family vacations and golfing packages.
This spacious home can easily accommodate up to four golfing 4-somes per villa; eight golfing 4-somes total when renting both villas. The villa is richly appointed with its own elevator and has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with 2 large refrigerators, dining area for 20, game room, pool table and wet bar, private heated pool, and much more. Pools are closes from Dec. 1st through Feb. 28th.
These are non-smoking accommodations and are ideal for family reunions and group get-togethers. The villa has Wi-Fi and motorcycles are welcome.

This was the 8th Annual Golf trip for a group of 12 guys. By far, this was the best place we've ever stayed at. The house was in a perfect location for golf courses in North MB and in North Carolina. The only complaint we had was a lack of dishes in the kitchen. Otherwise, a splendid time was had by all.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I brought a group of 8 guys here for a golf trip. Everyone had their own room and the first floor common area was a great place to hang out. We didn't spend too much time here during the day but everyone enjoyed the property in the evening!Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

About the owner: I have enjoyed the Myrtle Beach area for over 15 years with my family, friends and a large group of golfing buddies. Other immediate family members, their children and friends have also been coming to the area for nearly a decade. With retirement about 10 years away I thought now was a great time to "plant some roots" in a place that I really enjoy.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
For more than 15 years I have been traveling down from Maryland to play golf and vacation in the Myrtle Beach area. It has been surprising to learn just how many other friends and families come to the Myrtle Beach area. I chose this property because of its ideal location in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach. The small town beach atmosphere allows you to relax and escape from the "hustle and bustle" back home. The Atlantic Breeze is situated on a dead-end street so traffic is not an issue. Its convenient location puts you just steps from a walk on the beach or swimming in the warm gulf-stream waters. Nearby, two historic fishing piers help pass the time away. The area is ideal for both children and adults. If you want to travel to Myrtle Beach's mall or numerous outlet shops, restaurants with fresh seafood, movie theatres, miniature golf, water and amusement parks they are all just 10-15 minutes away. I hope you enjoy your stay at the Atlantic Breeze and visit us again in the Cherry Grove area like I have for the last 15 years.
