The villa is richly appointed with its own elevator and has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with 2 large refrigerators, dining area for 20, game room, pool table and wet bar, private heated pool, and much more.
These are non-smoking accommodations and are ideal for family reunions and group get-togethers. The villa has Wi-Fi and motorcycles are welcome.

Why the Owner Chose Atlantic Breeze
For more than 15 years I have been traveling down from Maryland to play golf and vacation in the Myrtle Beach area. It has been surprising to learn just how many other friends and families come to the Myrtle Beach area. I chose this property because of its ideal location in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach. The small town beach atmosphere allows you to relax and escape from the "hustle and bustle" back home. The Atlantic Breeze is situated on a dead-end street so traffic is not an issue. Its convenient location puts you just steps from a walk on the beach or swimming in the warm gulf-stream waters. Nearby, two historic fishing piers help pass the time away. The area is ideal for both children and adults. If you want to travel to Myrtle Beach's mall or numerous outlet shops, restaurants with fresh seafood, movie theatres, miniature golf, water and amusement parks they are all just 10-15 minutes away. I hope you enjoy your stay at the Atlantic Breeze and visit us again in the Cherry Grove area like I have for the last 15 years.

The most unique benefits that you will enjoy while staying at the Atlantic Breeze is its size and its amenities. The house is a 4,600 sq ft villa. Most bedrooms are arranged as private mini-suites. Its size provides for seating 20 in its dining area while also allowing each person to go off and enjoy the privacy and quiet within their own suite. Adults and kids can enjoy the large game room, swimming in their own private pool or walking just a few steps to be on the beach or swimming in the ocean. The Atlantic Breeze has size and location. A great combination for a wonderful stay.

I have enjoyed the Myrtle Beach area for over 15 years with my family, friends and a large group of golfing buddies. Other immediate family members, their children and friends have also been coming to the area for nearly a decade. With retirement about 10 years away I thought now was a great time to "plant some roots" in a place that I really enjoy.
