We welcome you to our one bedroom condo in beautiful Kamaole Beach Royale #408, located on Maui's Sunshine Coast, just a short walk from one of Maui's most beautiful beaches, Kamaole Beach #1.
The unit is fully equipped for all your vacation needs from baking pans to beach towels. Just bring your swimming suit and get ready to relax. You will find all the comforts of home with a wide screen TV, CD player and free Wi-fi. Our condo is located on the fourth floor and with a fantastic view of the ocean to watch the neighbor islands of Kahoolawe, Molokini, and Lanai brighten up with each new day, watch the whales play and enjoy romantic sunsets.
KBR features a pool, fantastic roof top barbecues with eating area, and lush gardens.
Excellent snorkeling and swimming is just a short walk down to the beach. A few blocks north you can take a surfing lesson and rent a Kayak. A few blocks south is the Kihei boat launch where boats can take you out for a SCUBA dive, swim with the dolphins or snorkel with the turtles. A little further south is Wailea for your Golfing fun.
"Everything under the sun" kind of outdoor activity is nearby as well as great restaurants and world class golf. Fine dining and up scale shopping will be found in Wailea, only minutes away.
Or, more moderately priced restaurants and shops are found right in Kihei.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy Scuba diving as you can see from the photos that decorate our space. We also enjoy the up country areas for organic dining and the artists tucked up in the hills The island style is also a favorite.
Owner's Map of Kamaole Beach Royale
We are the Holmstroms. Steve and Laurie, and Linnea. Our parents were original owners of the condo when Kihei was still a dirt road in the country. They have passed on and we continue to enjoy our little corner of paradise.
Steve is a busy veterinarian in San Carlos, Ca. and Laurie works as a temp for dental hygiene and manages our rental properties. We have two children that live in southern Calif.
Linnea works with customer support for a medical computer company and also lives in SoCal.

Beautiful view to the ocean. Loved the roof top experience. Great cook spot and whale watching. Great location, easy to get to beaches.

We had a fantastic trip to Maui this November, this unit is beautiful, clean and very well equipped. We have stayed at the KBR many times before and love the location and the building amenities. We will be back!

We just returned from this condo and it was a wonderful trip. The location is centrally located for many activities and the condo has all the comforts of home. You can watch the whales and enjoy morning coffee at the same time. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I just returned from the best trip we have ever had to Maui and much of it was due to the great condo. We spent many mornings and afternoons enjoying the Moon set or Sun set over the water. The lani furniture was so comfortable that it was difficult to make a move. The condo is furnished with all the ammenities to make a beach experience a "whale" of a good time. The rooftop BBQ is a great spot to socialize with the patrons and enjoy the fabulous sun sets. We fully recommend this condo to anyone planning a trip to Maui. Already we look forward to next year!!!!!!!!

This condo was a fantastic deal. Just a stone's throw from the beach, nicely furnished with a great kitchen. The lanai was a perfect place for spending hours lounging around. Grill and patio on the roof of the building made for evening BBQs. We'd definitely look for this condo to be available again next time we're in Maui!

I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting an affordable place to stay with the feel of a more expensive hotel. The property matched the photos and the description as presented. The condo was well equipped with all the tools for cooking, eating, enjoying the beach and just hanging out. The king size bed was especially comfortable and the closet/dresser area large enough to stow luggage and clothes. The decor was well done and well planned through out the condo unit. The unit was well maintained and clean. I would recommend this unit as a great place to stay within walking distance of shops (including groceries) and activities. The beach across the street was excellent for snorkeling, and early morning swims and long walks. The lanai was great for breakfast with views of the beach through the palms as shown. The seventh floor barbecue area of the building was a great place for drinks and sunset viewing.

It was a great place to stay, I felt like I was at home! Beach access across the street with a unbelivable views. Plenty of shopping and dining all within a walking distance. Condo was warm and inviting with a with all amenities provided. Would highly recommend to all for a vacation get away. Aloha!
