We used this condo with some family and friends for our Thanksgiving holiday and never wanted to leave! The condo is beautiful, incredible porch, great view, wonderful food within walking distance, convienent to shopping and downtown charleston...can't say enough!! The owner was great to work with and can't wait to go back!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers.

My family and I stayed in the condo in March 2011. It was fabulous and more than we expected. The location is perfect, the condo is very nicely decorated and the owner provides linens and towels that were great quality. We were making a dash to the beach and booking last minute, the owner was fair with his rate and in discounting it since the unit was still available and we were arriving the same week. This has been the one big advantage I have noticed between renting from owners and the local prop mgmt companies. The owners who are involved take way better care of their units and use common sense when booking them. FYI although this may not actually be a handicap accessible unit (Im not sure) its a great one to consider if you will be travelling with someone where this is a concern. The elevator opens up directly into the garage under the condos which is at street level making it simple to go from the condo to the street and shops in IOP, which are right across the road. There are plenty of restaurants and shops easy to maneuver to closeby. No lugging bags up and down stairs either! I had a two yr old and stroller so all of this was a big plus to me! The balcony on this unit is an amenity all by itself. Its large and boasts relaxing furniture for beach watching or an evening outdoors with a great view and an ocean breeze! The owner really does a great job on this unit. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking needs. Being picky and having stayed in several other units in the area and on Folly, I can't emphasize enough how nice it was to have a tastefully decorated, clean unit with top notch linens. This one had everything we needed. If I had to point out anything it would be to the cleaning service. The entire unit (if I remember correctly) has tile flooring and while lovely, I'm sure a mammoth of a job to mop regularly and completely and it was apparent from my sons tiny feet that the FLOOR wasn't being cleaned well. Only the floor. The rest was immaculant. Enjoyed our stay, would defintely stay again and I'm sure if you're lucky enough to book this unit you'll enjoy your stay as well! ;)

We spent a week in the villa with our family. It was by far the easiest beach trip we've taken. Isle of Palms is so accessible; and the villa was in a great location, especially for families. We were just a few steps away from the pool and then to a great beach. We never used the elevators. There is so much to do, right out the front door if you want to get off the beach. The owner was excellent to work with. We had a few maintence issues which were resolved. And a big plus..loads of linens.
